This chick-fil-a has horrible customer service! Ive been there several times and each time theyve gotten our order wrong which in return adds 15+ minutes to get the correct order. It would be okay if this happened once out of the several times weve been there but it happens EVERY TIME. The employees are unhelpful and unprofessional. To top this off the last time we were there waiting we witnessed a deaf couple trying to order through notes. The employees continuously ask the same vocal questions to the couple who clearly could only communicate through sign language and notes. The frustrating situation the employees put the couple in was completely inappropriate and totally unnecessary. Not an ADA friendly business. I will never be returning. EDIT: The picture below is what a the typical encounter looks like at this Chick-fil-A - employees on their phones (behind the counter), employees hundling up while having non-working conversations, and a few straggler employees trying to take orders and fix mistakes.

So.. to be fair we came at the dinner rush on a Friday, but I felt I needed to say that Ive come to associate Chick-fil-A with a level of quality not found at other "fast food" restaurants and this location is the first to fall horribly short of that level. We placed our order with an apathetic cashier and then sat down to wait. 20 min later I went up to the counter to ask and the lady looked annoyed, threw together a tray with our food, and said "here.", no apology or anything. She then threw away my receipt, which I wanted back, and ignored the drink on it. When I put the food down I came back and asked her for the drink. Annoyed again, she went and got one off the counter that was melting and tasted worse than any Ive had at a Chick-fil-A before. Overall the staff was apathetic, even rude at times, the tables were dirty and the food was less than I am used to. I love Chick-fil-A and have gone to locations all over the country and this one was the first one that Ive been actually disappointed with.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I have been to the Westdale location in Cedar Rapids it has been awful. My most recent disappoint was today 10-14-2016. I called 10-13-2016 and placed an order of 20 chicken-minis, but when I got there at 6:30am on 10-14-2016 they told me they did not know about that order and could not take any more orders because they had to be placed online. I asked myself why was I still going to Chick-fil-A after I continue to repeat bad experiences? Quite simple because the food was good but today was my last day. The food is good but with service that horrible I can not return. Sincerely, A lost customer

Who doesnt like chick-fil-a?! However, theres a complete lack of professionalism from the owner down at this location. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for a person to wrap up her general discussion at the counter with another employee. When I later asked someone for a manager, the woman who came to take my complaint was the SAME offensive woman. Ridiculous. A manager made a customer wait ten minutes due to her socializing!? GTFOH.... I dont know that Ill let ever go back to this one. And they couldnt care less. SMDH.........

Horrible experience two times this week. In the begging of the week I was missing one item and all of our fries were out of the box, no napkins and the girl at the window was rude. Went again tonight 5/18 ordered a big order took 17 minutes to get the food. They also smashed all of our cookies. They were packaged singly. When they came to bring me my food the employee said he had to make the parfaits from scratch. I wont be back. Unfortunately we are customers at least 10 times a month.

They waited on three cars in the other drive up lane before taking my order. The order was for three small shakes at 2:20 in the afternoon. I had to wait a very long time and the order was incorrect when I finally received it. The employees at Collins Road location are friendlier and orders more accurate

Chick-fil-a has actually exceeded my expectations for drive thru and restaurant service today! I normally go somewhere and they get my order incorrect or I have to wait for a lengthly time but not here! Super friendly staff from beginning to end and food ready within 3 mins! I WILL be going here again!

Drive thru has always been great, fast and get my order right. Always ask if I want sauce and actually puts them in the bag. Food is hot and staff is friendly. Waffle fries are cooked properly, fry consistency is apparently hard for fast food to accomplish but this location nails it.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly. The new design is great for a first date or to conduct a meeting. Quietly of course. Loving the menu options and the frosted lemonade is amazing. Would recommend eating here. Love the atmosphere.

If I could give 0 stars I could...an employee started using vulgar language and was very loud about it as she left the store...No staff asked her to stop. There were little kids who were around, and nothing was done. That to me is NOT okay!

Do you like chicken and dont take politics into account when picking food? Then you like chick-fil-a. I dont much care for some of the stuff on the menu like the chicken salad sandwich, but I always love a deluxe and waffle fries.

Slow service in the drive through, the chicken nuggets had so much salt on them that they were not edible, and I like salt. Probably the worst experience I have ever had at on of the Chick -fil-a restaurants.

I have always lived Chick-Fil-A but today at the Edgewood Rd location was great. The young lady Taylor at the cashier window was amazing and very nice. Thank you. Edgewood Rd will be where I eat from now on

Typical awesome experience. Our kids were sleeping in the van, and we mentioned that as we went through the drive thru. The staff than began to all talk really quietly. It was cute.

Simply the best fast food chain in Cedar Rapids. Food is always made to order and hot hot hot. Waffle fries are delicious. Clean store. Store has a small playplace for kids.
