FROM MY ORIGINAL FACEBOOK REVIEW: I went the other day since i was in the area & Google reviews were mostly positive. The front is under construction (expanding, good for them!), but otherwise the place looks like a typical hole-in-the-wall bar & grill. Place was dead for noon on a Wednesday, so i assume theyre busier in the evenings & on weekends. The menu looks like standard burgers, pizza, & fried appetizers. I saw a sign on the wall for frog legs, so i ordered the Mississippi River Trio (frog legs, shrimp, clam strips, & fries). I got a basket of grocery-store-frozen-food-section nuggets fried to a golden brown. The shrimp was decent, as were the fries. The legs tasted like they came from the Cedar River, but were otherwise okay. The clam strips were a misnomer. More like little fried bits of clam & breading. Mustve gotten the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. The cocktail sauce was awesome, & i have carried a throbbing hatred for cocktail sauce since i was a kid. The service didnt suck, especially since i was the only one there. All in all, i will go again. I blame this lackluster meal on myself. I need to try something that isnt fried. If Im ever near Clarence around lunch time again i will be back. EDIT- Ive been back twice now, tried the pizza & had a burger. This place is fn good!

Great place to meet friends and meet new. Live music on occasion, on the night we were there a local guitarist was playing Johnny Cash, Hank Williams and such. Great background music to family and friends night out.
