I had very excellent service while i dined here. It was my idea to satisfy my craving for some authentic mexican food when i was searching for a decent place in the area. Ended up going here and the only thing i have bad to say is the food i had. I was given chips and salsa and refried beans while i waited which was very good. I made the mistake of ordering one of the burritos without asking what was on it though. It was only the pulled chicken and cheese in a tortilla with cheese on that, served with rice and beans. I was expecting it to be a bit more than that especially for the 12.50. Ill end up going back eventually but i will not order the burrito.

Overpriced so-so food. Tortillas were great, and would be better if they didnt bring them out 5 minutes before the food got to the table, thereby cooling off and hardening. (They are not served in a warmer) Ordered the $19 beef fajitas. Got 10 pieces of 3" long meat... This is the DINNER portion! Meat looked like brisket, not flank or skirt. And the "juiciest" that the other person talked about? Tasted like they soaked this meat in a solution for hours.. Do that, and you can make a turd juicy. I get up in south Texas, these werent fajitas, no matter what they claim.

I love how its very authentic, being Mexican myself I have to say its the best and most authentic in Baton Rouge. My favorite are fish or shrimp tacos on wheat tortillas, very healthy and delicious. The steak fajitas are great and Every time I have Tacos Locos I feel like Im in Mexico, theyre amazing! Staff is great too, always friendly and very fast! Cant forget about that Strawberry Margarita either, mouth watering and just to finish your visit try Sopapillas for dessert! Love love love this place!

Visiting with family from out of town and this place will be our Mexican food spot for when we come back. Service was exactly what you want from management to waitstaff. And the food pleased every member of the fam and, besides me, everyone is a picky eater. Margaritas...good AF. My strawberry margarita was the business. Also, Im a husky foodie guy so you can trust this review. I know my food and my drinks. ;-P

This place is AWFUL. The food is way over priced for average food the margaritas are tiny and water down and the manager is the most unprofessional person ive ever seen! You can hear him literally yelling at the female waitresses for nothing while your eating your dinner! one of my biggest disappointments in a restaurant!

Very happy. . Out of a great movie and just decided to give it a try. Authentic food, the steak chili relleno was fire roasted and stuffed . . FANTASTIC. . My wife loved the chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce . . Very nice waitress and staff . . If you like authentic flavors, you should enjoy the food . .

Gabi is terrible. Had a table of 4, two plates came out 5 minutes later the 3rd came and the 4th plate came 15 minutes after that. Order was incorrect and she told me it would take to long if she sent it back to the kitchen. Dont come here... side note by boyfriend said the beer was cold.

Were are south texas and we had a hard time finding good authenic mexican food.....this is by far the best mexican restaurant in louisana....service is excelllent and so is the food.....u wil be amazed at the size of the flour tortilla....totally awesome!!! Were coming back for sure!!!!

The food is ok; its average. However, the service was pretty bad. Our server was the average Macho Boy and was barely paying attention to our table, he didnt even bring us silverware. Probably if I wouldve had a different server, my experience wouldve been better.

Took them forever to seat us, though they werent busy at all. The waitress took so long we missed our movie, my seafood enchiladas were disgusting, and everything, especially their tiny margaritas filled with packed ice was ridiculously overpriced.

We eat here every week, sometimes more, because there are so many delicious options and the margaritas are amazing. The Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Brochettes are the best and enchiladas are excellent as well! Too much to list!

I have to say Im very disappointed in our service 1.our waitress was drunk 2.the bathrooms was horrible and 3.the tacos I got was dry. I have to say I will never eat there again and will definitely not recommend it.

I like this place, they serve both bean dip and salsa with fresh chips. There portion size is generous and so are the drink specials. I recommend it to anyone looking for Mexican food and margaritas in the area.
