Panera is one of those places that is often overlooked, but never forgotten. Always a good place to get something fresh and likely a little out of the ordinary. We used to go here just for the soup and salad, but then we discovered things like the breakfast souffles and the new broth bowls. I understand that its basically fancy soup with a little bit less water, However the fact that they threw some interesting ingredients like quinoa, basil and whole eggs make this one very happy. Perhaps the best thing about here is the fact that my wife and I can now enjoy things that are a little bit off the beaten path, well our little dudes can still enjoy a delicious turkey bacon Bravo, while also sampling our entrees. Always a little bit more expensive than standard fast food, but a step or two above it so it definitely makes the price worthwhile when youre in a hurry and want something there wasnt just reheated

Love Panera, but this location seems to have a lack of detail or simply put, they dont really care what they are doing. First visit, I ordered a iced chai latte, I waited in line for over 10 minutes and watched people who ordered menu items, corporate orders and many who ordered after me get serviced. Im a pretty patient person, after that long period of time I asked if there was a mistake along the way. The girl looked down and said oh, here, that was sitting here for awhile. No apology. Second visit I had a rapid pick up order of soup and a salad. I should have checked the bag before I got home, soup was cold, salad had half of the toppings and no dressing. Disappointed.

Brand new Paneras. Something is very wrong with their bagel recipe. Tried it twice with same results. The center of their bagels is dense packed dough, like Lenders(yuk). Gave it two stars for handy location, drive up window & courteous staff. Love both Sycamore & Coral Ridge stores, best bagels west of my hometown, NYC. Light & airy in the center and a little crisp on the outside. Yummy!

Seriously disappointed. No line, but I waited forever for my food. I get the the car, and find out they messed up the order. So I have to go wait again. Then I find out they must not have had sliced tomatoes for the sandwich, so they just stuck one of the wedges from a salad in there. Complete lack of caring.

Didnt have flatbreads, green tea, or ciabatta bread. Panini was stale.. Counters were disgusting. I love Panera but this was serf up. So glad we were passing through and wont be back.

The place is usually really good but whoever did the cinnamon rolls today needs to be killed. Seriously theres almost zero icing on them and less cinnamon than usual.

Good location, but the food isnt as good as stand alone Panera stores Ive visited; this may be simply because its busier with the mall traffic

They dont put enough lettuce in your salad- and the soup was cold- if you live in Iowa City, go to the marketplace for Panera Bread
