Well, me and my boyfriend are from out of town and came on here and looked at the reviews for this place, well, 4 out of 5 stars was the best out of most restaurants here so we went! Well, we get water and I had to ask for extra lemon twice, and the water had an extremely weird taste, then we get our food and there was old dried food on the plate, we got weird stares from everyone and the place was just overall unfinished and super plain. Probably wont go back, the rice was overcooked tasting and the refried beans tasted like brown beans mashed up, someone people may think thats the way they are suppose to taste but back where I live it doesnt taste like smushed beans. The chimachangas were amazing though. Queso dip was okay, it wasnt melted all the way and the salsa wasnt anything special. (which was a disappointment after seeing how many people raved it was great.)

Will NEVER go here again! As a family, we ate here, eating in and ordering to go...and often! My family ordered to go tonight, and they gave the family member picking up the order the wrong order. The person at the counter spoke very little English, so communication was a challenge. The error was not discovered until arriving home. We thought it was no problem, until I spoke with the manager. He informed me it was our fault. He would not do anything to make it right. What happened to "The Customer is Always Right," and normal customer service? We spent a large amount of cash, and ended up with someone elses appetizers. So? El Nopal has lost us as customers, and we will tell everyone that will listen of our experience. One reaps what they sow.

Me and 2 friends from work went there on lunch break. Also this was my 1st time there. Ive only been to a few places where the salsa was amazing! Well, I LOVED THEIR CHIPS AND SALSA! I ordered something different from what I usually order. I got the krab-enchiladas with rice! I also LOVED it! It was hot and very fresh tasting! Unlike some places that seem like the food had been setting under a food warming lamp for hours! Not to mention the service was also great! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Food was great. Server did a great job. Prices are average very comparable other Mexican restaurants. Only problem there is if you have to use the restroom the tp despencer is very low. I was in the handicap stall. It was almost impossible to get tp while sitting on the toilet. Some one needs to get that fixed. Other then that it was clean.

Just your standard Mexican place to get food. Nice cheap and fast place to grab lunch. I enjoy the food and service here. I would give 5 stars but dishes that come with guacamole (even if the menu states it) will not have it unless you tell them to put it on it. I have never encountered this at any other El Nopal.

Tried to order take out, my wife requested a bean burrito and they gave her beef. Second time trying them, asked the cashier if the takeout was a chicken taco and bean burrito. They said yes. Get home and its a beef taco. They just cant get it right. We gave them two chances. Dont think we will give them a third.

Tried to call in 3 nice size orders for pick up.....the phone rang and rang....so I called back after several rings someone picked up and hung up on me! Called again.....no answer...so to heck with them.....even if they are busy someone should be answering the phone.

Not my favorite El Nopal. Unlike the other wonderful chain restaurants, this one lacks the wonderful tastes of Mexican authentication. The tea is awful and the blandness of the food gets this a three star review.

3 times in 1 week, they messed up my take out order. 1st time replaced it, but with another bad order. Wanted to give me the green peppers free, then said theyd knock off 5 bucks. This place is a joke
