We go here all the time and usually never have a problem. Well, today we went at about 11:30, and went through the Drive Thru and ordered a $5 lunch, and asked for 2 chicken & gravy biscuits. When the worker replied "we dont have them" We said "oh its past breakfast, sorry" and the worker says "Yup". He was being very short and rude when he told us our total. We pulled up to the window which took about 10 mins with one car in front of us, and when he opened the window he just handed his hand out for the money and didnt say a word. I asked him "do you hate your job" he replied with "yup" I said "I can tell, because youre very rude and short", and he slammed the window in my face. Opened it back, gave us out change and drinks without saying a work. About 5 minutes later he opened the window with our food, again, not saying a word, tossed the bag at me, and slammed the window. Didnt give us our sundae or anything. I walked inside to talk to the GM, and waited for 20 minutes to talk to her because she was "busy". I never ended up talking to her, called the store 3 times and got no answer. HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE.

I visited this Dairy Queen a few weeks back when I was flying out of the area. I ordered my meal and waited but while waiting I noticed there wasnt any cook in the kitchen. Almost 10 minutes passed and then some guy and girl came in the front door. The girl stayed at the counter bsn with the girl that took my order. The guy appeared in the kitchen. He pulled off a pullover while standing in the middle of the kitchen. He tossed the pullover under the counter then patted down his scraggly hair with his bare hands. He then went over and started throwing buns in the toaster without washing his hands. I ordered some food that needed to be deep fried. He couldnt pull the package open that it came in so he used his teeth to pull it open before dumping in the fryer. Pretty much grossed me out so I tossed the food and went to McDonalds. It pissed me off but I guess I ripped off my company because I expensed it so I did not feel the loss. I used to be a huge Dairy Queen fan for their burgers but this has put me off from it even in my home state.

One time I went my wait was an hour, they messed my order up after that. Not much bugs me, but an hour wait! I gave them a few more chances and the order always got messed up, and it took awhile. I didnt go back for months, maybe a year. This place was very understaffed and they couldnt keep people. Last time I went it was very fast and accurate for once. I still wouldnt stop here unless I have time to wait, just in case.

My visit was not what I had hoped. I ordered something and it was left out of the bag so my order was incomplete when I got home. I shouldnt have to check the bag to make sure everything is there. Also the food was just tossed in the container so it was mess to eat. Very disappointing. I pay good money for the food I order and I feel like the quality of service and food I got was totally sub par for sure.

If you can drive to the New Albany DQ on Charlestown Rd...Do because the DQ here in Sellersburg is THE WORST DQ weve ever been to. We usually just drive to the New Albany store even though this is just a couple blocks from our house. Rarely do they get your order right, long wait times, poor service, store is unsanitary/dirty, occasionally they get a friendly employee but not often.

Drive thru speaker is always broken! I have to drive to window to order. Happens often, please fix! Other than that, its a good place. Update....sat at drive-thru speaker waiting to order for at least 10 minutes, I even said hello to make sure it wasnt broken again. I was told to hold on. Finally drove to window to order. Ugh....so frustrating!

Water dripping on us from ac vents above. Mold in ceiling and vents. Cold food before we even sat down. Food all over kitchen floor. Manager Natalie has a pissy attitude. My worst dining experience in Indiana ever. DQ corporate this store needs to be closed immediately its representing your company heritage all wrong!

Somehow the crew here cant quite get it right for several years now. I live just down the street and I eat here every 6 months to make sure I dont eat here for another 6 months. This place always seems a bit dirty.. If you are planning to get anything more complicated than ice cream, you may wish to go somewhere else

Service was not adequate in the least. No other customers when I went in however I stood at counter for 7 minutes before I was approached by an employee asking for my order. Have screwed up two birthday cakes. Do NOT recommend this place at all.

When I went through the drive through, their credit card machine wasnt working. They made me food and tried to run my card. The card didnt go through. They basically gave me a free breakfast! Very nice of them.

One time me and my family ordered burgers WITH NO MUSTURD. We repeated it 2 times and they put extra musturd on our burgers. We never went there again. Unless i wanted the the oreo blizzard. Those are delicious

The service is wonderful, the food comes up pretty quick. I came during breakfast hours. Even though they forgot my bacon, she brought it right out. They also bring your food to you there, its nice.
