DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! I called in my order and not only did they charge me a price that was not on the menu, the charge they put through on my card was different then what I was suppose to pay. They added tip in when I specifically took off the tip and took the receipt back because they were horrible. So not only are they liars they steal your money too! I order bourbon chicken with vegetables instead of rice. I didnt think that there would be an issue because there were multiple items with chicken that had vegetables as a side and were $2-3 dollars less than the expensive bourbon chicken I asked for. A boy that must have been under ten years old took my order over the phone and never told me that I could not get vegetables. When I went to pick up my order, no one greeted me. Even though they were standing at the front, they did not say anything to me. Once I let them know I was hear to pick up my order, they continued to stare at me without speaking. Once my order was finished the man brought it and put it on the counter and gave me the receipt. I tipped $2 and then checked my meal. I had fried rice and not vegetables. After ten minutes of me trying to explain that I ordered vegetables and not fried rice. They told me that they only have on meal with vegetables as a side and that I would have to pay $6 for them... At this point, I am still being extremely nice. I understand they have trouble with English but Im beginning to realize they have a HUGE problem with customer service as well. I showed the American working and the lady who was screaming at me for NO reason the menu with chicken items that were even less than mine and had vegetables. Again, at this point I was being VERY VERY understanding and just asking them to please make it right. She refused to make a side of vegetables. At this point, I said that I was upset because they were not handling their paying customer with care and that they needed to make this situation right. I was the paying customer and I did nothing wrong! Other than give this horrible restaurant a shot. They refused to help me or make it right so I marked out my tip and refused to pay for the food that I did not order. They are refusing to refund my money and when I called them they screamed at me and wouldnt even let me speak. This is a horrible establishment and the customer service is devastating. If your order is messed up because of THEM they refuse to fix the problem THEY created!!!!! AND 10 year old boy who took it who shouldnt even be working..... I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!

We called and placed a delivery order. The man on the phone read back the order correctly. When the food got here over an hour later, they forgot one item and gave us a wrong entree. We called back and they wanted to charge us for the food they forgot and wanted us to give them the wrong food back... Um no restaurant should ever ask for a wrong order to be returned. We explained that we shouldnt be charged because of their mistake and he hung up on us. We called back and asked to speak to a manager. He told us he was the manager and was not going to give us our correct order without us paying for it then hung up again. My boyfriend drove up to the restaurant and they only refunded him for the one entree they messed up and took it back to the kitchen to reuse. We wont be dealing with this lack of customer service or disgusting reuse of food ever again.

I have been ordering from them for awhile and although the food isnt as good as others, they have always been really nice. Well Today was an exception. Today I ordered food from them at 12:50pm and when it hadnt been delivered by 1:50 I called them back and the gut said that he was sorry and that the driver was on his way and it would only be 10-20 minutes more. I wasnt really happy about that, but I looked past it. Then 30 minutes later when my food still want here I called back to tell them to forget about it because he had told me 20 minutes at the most the same gut called me a liar. It was the rudest thing that had ever happened to me. They definitely need to learn some customer service skills because there food is definitely not good enough to treat people like dirt. I will not ever be ordering from them again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

They purposely, and knowingly, overprice your order. I was suspicious a couple orders in a row, and finally asked for a breakdown of the price I was being quoted in my most recent order. The total was $7 higher than the menu stated. I asked for the price by item, and NONE of the totals matched. I told him what the menu prices were, and he responded with, "Whats the big deal?" He kept saying it like it was his standard response. I canceled the order, and they called me back! Again, he kept saying "Its just $20, whats the big deal?" Seriously. Its one thing to make a mistake, but thats not the case. They are doing it on purpose. The response wasnt about adding the prices wrong, it was about how you should just buy it anyway.

We just ordered food at Hing Wang Chinese restaurant in New Albany, Indiana. We WATCHED the lady drop a chicken on a stick and rinse it off in the sink .......THEN put it in our to go box. OMG!!!!!! I said "Did she just rinse that off?" The little guy went and asked her, then he apologized and said I am sorry she did rinse it off. They refunded our money. My mother n law had already got her food and they refunded hers. They can keep their dirty food.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Took and hour for delivery. They left stuff off my order and gave me the wrong food. When I called back and complained the guy on the phone was rude and disrespectful, and hung up on me. When I drove up there to get a refund the smug prick wanted to fight with me about paying for the stuff they left off. Will never go back.

I cannot recommend enough this restaurant. Finally someone that delivers food to my house that actually tastes good and is not too expensive. The management is extremely pleasant people. You will enjoy dealing with them. Very upbeat and very happy . You will be happy to after ordering and eating off their widly varied menu.

Egg drop soup is good, but they straight up dropped my friends food on the ground them put it in the box. She watched them do it. Then she said something about it and they apologized and offered her food for free. Obviously I havent gone back because who knows what they drop in my soup. Stinks because its very close to me.

We used to eat here because its close to home and they deliver. However, they are SO RUDE and the last time we ordered from them, we got food poisoning. We arent the only ones who got sick after eating there, its happened to two other people we know. So, eat at your own risk!!
