The person making our sandwich had no clue what they were doing. First, she cut the bread at an odd angle so none of our food will stay in. Second, she lazily put our meat on so it wasnt even on there all the way. Third, she saw that there were no more clean knives left, so she took a DIRTY knife and cut out sandwich with it. Lastly, she used her fingers to close our sandwich together instead of using a clean knife like everyone else. Very unprofessional.

Would give it a no star but cant. The past 3 times we tried to go there to eat they closed early. The shortest time was an hour before closing time. This past time the older laidy working was vary rude about them being closed. I asked why they closed an hour early i was told that she was to tired and closed the doors and then yelled at me to leave. We will not go back

I eat at the subways in Charlestown, IN at least once a week, they have great service and there employees are friendly and very knowledgeable of the products they serve, I dont have to wait in long lines and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied...
