The ice cream is good but the overall experience was terrible. They messed up our order, it took 15 mins to get the corrected order, they burned the fries, they ran out of napkins, and everytime I went up to the window they ignored me because they were busy chatting. I will not be coming back.

Bought 2 vortexes this evening and both had what appeared to be our extra toppings in them. After taking a few bites my wife and I soon learned that they do a very poor job of mixing their vortexes. $8 for mainly vanilla ice cream did not excite me tonight.

Ice Cream is much better then Dairy Queen, Does not melt nearly as fast and tastes good. Travel triple the distance to get home from Chillers then I do DQ and Ice cream still remains mostly not melted, which is great.
