Ive been driving for 12 1/2 hours today. All I wanted was to get something to eat. I asked for 3 sauces with my chicken tenders. I get back to my hotel to find out they gave me no sauce for my tenders. I called to speak with the manager. The phone rang forever. Julia finally answered and said she was the manager. I explained the situation to her and she said oh he must have forgot to put them in there because I know I put them on the receipt. Well I wouldnt know, because I didnt even receive a receipt with my food. I was told that we could only get wings or thighs with the breast instead of 2 drumsticks because it was going to take 12-13 minutes to make them, but I sat in the drive through at least that long. Julia stuttered and said I apologize and that she didnt know if we lived here or not. I said, No I just told you that Ive been driving for 12 1/12 hours. Still nothing, I said well apparently you dont care to make it right either then. Worse service I have ever received at a Popeyes!

Once (or should i say 12 times)again, 8pm, ordered 3pc spicy. "We only have 2 pcs spicy". Who runs this place? We really enjoy popeyes food but this place is horribly managed. The many times i have visited the pendelton pike,washington st,rural st/ 38th and the now gone 10th st location( 2 decades of visiting popeyes ) I have not had the experience ive had at this location. Why do i go back? My family and I really like popeyes chicken. Its actually turned into something we laugh about now.

Went to this place spent $30 on chicken still did not receive what I ordered. They asked me if I want spicy I told them spicy chicken so when I got home the family was complaining that the chicken has no flavor come to find out I was the only one who had a spicy breast what flavor. This is what you get when certain people running store and Im black so I can say it.

Service is extremely slow even when they are not busy. Chicken is not bad, but not that great either. Side items are good, especially the red beans and rice. Prices for a meal are expensive when compared to similar restaurants in the same area.

Your typical Popeyes restaurant. Good chicken here but the wait can vary from almost instantly to several minutes. Sometimes the chicken has spent too much time under the heaters. Staff will make it right if you have any issues.

This restaurant SUCKS! Drive-by never gets my order right. Go here only if you like paying for food you dont get. Dont even try to call them either. Hell will freeze over before anyone answers the phone.

Well it was our first visit to a Popeyes Restaurant. We ordered the special , we drove home to Richmond. It was wonderful! Our boys loved it! Thank you for your service to the community.

The restaurant seating area was disgusting. There wasnt a table clean and the floor had visible food smeared in it. There was loud obnoxious fighting in the kitchen.
