This is the absolute worst Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at . I meet up with a friend of mine I havent seen for a while so we ate their fro dinner it was a long time ago since we ate their so new management has taken over, if that is what you want to call it. We were talking and enjoying out conversation when the manager placed the bill at out table, I asked him to please bring us a refill on our soda, so less then 2 minutes the manager comes back again with no drinks and stand their with his arms crossed and pointed to the check on the table, I was shocked at such rudeness, I said what is the problem he said in broken English de check payee de check, I was really upset at this point so I said I will pay you when I am ready and I pointed at my soda and said where is our refills and then he again pointed at the check. I told him how rude he was and what piss poor customer service skills he had and that I would "NEVER" return there and none of my family and friends that live out there would either. We ordered 2 combo meals and 2 sodas and the time we spent to eat was very normal. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a restaurant I would not recommend eating their frankly the food is not good tasting any more and is very over priced, yuo would get a better tasting meal at Taco Bell if that tells you anything. I would not recommend eating there ever.

The service could not be better for a small restaurant in a strip mall. The inside is festive and seems freshly painted with typical large Mexican paintings on the walls. It is actual very nice. My wife, Son and myself arrived at around 6:30 PM on a Saturday. While the place seemed very busy, we were seated very quickly. In less than a minute we had chips and salsa on the table and it was very good. Our waitress was new, but seemed to have had a lot of experience in that role. She quickly took our order and delivered our drinks in minutes. She took our orders and we were served before our drinks were even half empty. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was delicious. It said jumbo shrimp, but they were not. But it was delicious. My wife and Son both said their food was very good. All in all, looks like we found our new go-to Mexican restaurant. I didnt give it five stars because it was not a five-star restaurant. For that you have to pay a lot more. But for a neighborhood restaurant to take your family to, it does not get much better than this.

Recently moved to Greenfield and wanted to check out some Mexican food. This restaurant is pretty decent. I will be honest and say the chips and salsa were not very good. Chips seemed stale and salsa had that tomato paste thing going on. However, our dinners were excellent and prices are good! Our server was excellent! I also owe her my thanks for saving my phone. I had set it down on the table and left it behind. We went next door to another shop and even though Mi Casa was pretty busy, she took the time to watch for us. She then came out to the parking lot and signaled to me. Bless her heart! If the owners read these reviews I have a request. You have the red & green El Yucateco hot sauces at your tables. I love this companys hot sauces and keep them at home. I would love to see you add the Mayan XXXtra Hot!! The red & green are great, but I like it hotter sometimes and their XXXtra Hot has a nice sting to it. Their Black Label is also very good. Thanks and well be back soon!

I wanted to call in an order for pickup. When I called I was put on hold (meaning he set the phone down on the counter). I waited for 8 minutes on hold and nobody ever picked up the phone. So, I hung up and drove over. On the way, I called a few times and it was always busy. Probably because the phone was on and sitting on the counter. I got there and waited over 10 minutes for someone to notice me. A few other ladies waiting for a table were not happy. Then was told that I would need to wait to place my order while he cleaned and sat people that walked in less than a minute before. I walked out and looked at the time... I had spent 35 minutes trying to just order Nachos and walked away with nothing.

After waiting, 35 min for my sons severely overcooked "chicken tenders" to be replaced, we simply gave up. We ordered him chicken tenders and rice. The tenders were not tenders, they were some chopped and formed dinosaur nuggets. Burnt to oblivion. The owner did tell us we could have them for free but why would i feed my child rock hard nuggets, free or not. We opted for a cheeseburger instead which we decided to quit waiting on after 35 minutes. The rice was dry and flavorless. I had a seafood entree which said flour tortillas not corn and arrived with corn. The menu prices in the restaurant were approximately 30% higher than the prices posted online. The owner was very friendly though.

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life! I was told after having my orders messed up 3 times in a row that I would have my latest order replaced. (It wasnt anything difficult, either. Steak fajita & arroz con pollo)... I called to place that order tonight only to be told that they will not replace it. Even though I still have my receipt! I spent $22 and did NOT get the meal I ordered and was assured the next order of the same items would be FREE. Had I known their word would not be honored when I called to complain, I would have just taken back the food & gotten my money back! My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

We have been Greenfield resident for some time and had frequented Mi Casa several times over the years and always thought the food, service and value was better than average. After visiting a recent Friday, our opinion has COMPLETELY changed. The place wasnt very busy yet orders at several tables came out completely messed up and mis-delivered. My selection, a special, was originally delivered to the wrong table and when I got it, the dish was lukewarm at best. HUGE disappointment. Perhaps there was a change in ownership because no one seemed to know what they were doing. Hope to support local business but not like this. We wont be back.

I have never been treated so rudely at a place of business in my life!! We went with a group of 11. instead of saying it will be a long wait OR since there was 2 booths and a table open we could break the group up...they said "WE HAVE NO ROOM FOR YOU HERE!" Yes that is right, they told us they didnt want us there. Their loss we went down the street to Chicago Pizza where the food was fantastic as well as awesome service. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!!!

My wife and I love this place! Good (And free) Chips and Salsa. Good variety of selection. Service is always quick and friendly. Weve probably ate there at least 15 times and have only had 1 badly cooked meal (overcooked) of our 30 combined entrees. My wife loves the Taco Salad. I love the Greenfield City Quesadilla. We order the same thing every time. Give it a try! Family friendly and a nice relaxing atmosphere!
