I JUST got home from the 82nd St location. I loved the staff, the woman there had an avocado tattoo but I did not get her name. She was informative and friendly. I had mentioned to her that I had never been to a Flying Cupcake before and that I was excited. I got a black Forrest cupcake as well as 3 others. Well I just tried the black Forrest and I was completely underwhelmed by the cupcake. The frosting had hardened not only on the outside, which I understand being in a case all day, but through the inside as well. The top of the cake was overdone, it was not moist throughout, and the cupcake was filled with a white creme rather than fresh cherries like the website says. The only cherry was the cherry on top. Im completely disappointed and i feel I have wasted my money. Im honestly scared to eat the others.

The BEST cupcakes in Indy! The fact theyre made from scratch every morning is amazing! The Red Velvet, Salted Chocolate Carmel, Pretty in Pink, Here Comes the Bride, & Cheeky Berry are always my top choices! & they have the cutest retail, 1 stop shop! Amazing & friendly staff as well! Theres a reason they are voted best every year over all other cupcake bakeries in Indy! ♡

We stopped in after a friend recommended them and I was glad we did! The cupcakes were moist, icing was fresh and creamy. I would definitely go back again and try some others. My daughter and I tried a Pretty in Pink (strawberry cupcake with a white icing) and a Happy Birthday to Me (chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing). They both were very good!

This is by far the best cupcake place around Indy! (You need to open one in Dallas, Id be happy to franchise :) ) Best bang for your buck, they dont skimp on the size! And the most amazing part? The RED VELVET CUPCAKES have chocolaty chunks on the inside that are AMAZING! No one can compare!

I walked in on Sunday at 2 PM. The cupcake I purchased was hard and old. The flavor was not what I expected. They also had a product on their shelf with profanity on it. Very low class. I wont be back. Castleton Location.
