I just love it when Starbucks talks about pour overs and when you request one they give you a hard time and trying to make you use what they have in the canisters. She took my order with attitude, but she took her sweet time to get it started after 5 minutes she comes out from the back. Then she preceded to put stuff in toaster, then she goes on her walkie talkie, while 2 others have walkie talkie but not taking orders. Then she grab the hot water still taking orders from other people on the walkie-talkie so I told her to give me a refund. Manager came gave refund. Somebody ORDERS a pour over, just do it. Starbucks offers it, so dont say its easier for us to not do it. they claim to be a busy , the garbage is over full everytime I stop. Maybe, Starbucks, with all the money they have, you can get an extra helper...

I have stopped at this Starbucks several times. Its a little oasis out in the middle of nowhere! I am a Starbucks junkie who has visited many Starbucks over the years. At this location, the staff is quick, friendly and efficient. Unlike some of the remodeled Starbucks I have been in lately (which seem designed to get a person anxious not to linger too long), this one is much more comfortable with soft chairs and sofas. Its a great place to wi-fi from with a good frap or latte!

Im a Starbucks fan and enjoy the experience of going inside (never the drive through) and interacting with the folks working and enjoy the aroma, etc. Some Starbucks shine and make me feel good about spending over $5 on a coffee, while others do not. This location does not really get the whole ambiance feel and their attitude is just as important as the coffee. While I still rated a 3, they really need to up the ante.

This is an extremely high traffic area an with that comes advantages and disadvantage. Certain facilities are hard to maintain and not every Jo is going to be able to keep up with your order of "two and a half ice cubes with four counter clockwise stirs and five clockwise stirs no foam.". I avoid this spot a little because it is more of a travelers Starbucks. People run in and run out.

Always a pleasure. Very convenient, clean and speedy pit stop if youre traveling from Chicago to MI. It was a little better before the nearby restaurant starting policing their parking lot (The Starbucks and a Mexican restaurant share a very small lot across from another restaurant with a ginormous lot). Drive-thru and easy access to the expressway. Nearby Bass Pro Shop.

I am a regular custom at this store, located just off I-94, exit 19 in Portage, IN. They are very busy in the mornings, but are always pleasant & welcoming. They are quick & efficient, and I love stopping here for my latte before going to work! The place is always clean & the employees work hard to make your experience a wonderful one! Thank you!

I am just coming from a funeral dinner at an Italian restaurant. It was family style, so we all over-indulged. All I wanted to do was shame-poop in peace. EVERY FIFTEEN SECONDS SOMEONE IS JIGGLING ON THE HANDLE. Get an occupied sign, Starbucks! Youre the 75th largest nation-state in the U.N.!
