I love panera...friendly staff and the managers are always available to help. ...its cool that they offer free WiFi and people can actually do homework and work...but at lunch hour for you to come in the restaurant want to eat and theres no available setting because eople are working and getting ready to interview people....Seriously its a restaurant not your OFFICE. ...ridiculous I find that very ridiculous or Maybe it should be called PANERA WIFI CAFE!!!

Came in today, got pick 2 with French baguette. Watched person check the bag to make sure everything was in there, they added a knife - got back to work with my order and had an apple instead of baguette. But my receipt has baguette circled by person checking the bag. Guess I should have checked it myself! Just wanted to let you know so you can be more observant next time you double check a bag, or else why bother?

Great place to eat. The kiosks are easy to order from, especially if the counter is busy. The bagels are awesome, and I love the soups, especially the vegetable pesto. But the soups arent the same everyday. Wifi is free and easy to connect to. There arent a lot of plugs so make sure your computer is charged in case you cant get to one. Staff is pleasant and friendly.

1st time there I was willing to chalk up to late night ran out of stuff and forgot stuff. Didnt give us a drink we ordered said they didnt have the roll I ordered. Not the biggest deal. 2nd time there got worse. 3pm filled the salad half way is being generous more like a quarter and forgot my dressing. My favorite place to eat so I will just avoid this location.

Panera has a new menu with all clean food. My old favorites are no longer my new favorites. On this visit I had Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was delicious. In the past I got the Italian Sandwich but do not like the new Giardiniera as much as the prior toppings. As with all Paneras the service is great and the staff friendly and helpful.

If only zero stars were available..... they were Out of everything BREAD if you can believe it! We Ordered a few things soup etc a steak panini on the only option of bread they had left the steak was RAW. completely vile and disgusting I will not be returning.

Fast kiosk showed out of cinnamon rolls when there were some. Had to pay separately. I have always ordered at the kiosk at other Panera restaurants and my food was brought to me. Here, I had to go up and get my food. Mac and cheese COLD!

Very upset that they dont take phone in orders anymore. You used to be able to phone in an order and go into the store and pay cash, but now they make you pay with card if you want to phone in an order. Not very happy with that.

Quality food but cramped inside especially where you pickup your food and drinks. You typically have to wait for condiments because someone is taking forever to put a drink lid on their beverage.

Great food! Enjoy the walk-in pick up service they provide, especially when I am in a hurry. They do tend to not have breads or pastrys that I am looking for in the evening dinner hours.

the food is great..but is very pricey for your meal ($9-$15) per person. the employees are all very rude, which is upsetting. my favorite was the chipotle chicken panini!

Staff is very helpful. Order arrived very fast compared to other Paneras! Would definitely recommend if youre in the mood for soup and sandwich! Bread bowl is a must try!
