Id been searching for a place to buy good quality whole coffee beans for a while, when I happened upon this place on Google. I decided to give it a shot given my addiction to french press and espresso coffee at home. Went on a Saturday morning and got a 12 oz bag of flavored light roast. The bag was nice and sealed with a good-quality zip-top and one-way air valve. On my way out, I decided to try their espresso to see what quality their beans really were. I got a tall cappuccino with 2 splenda and some pumpkin spice. I must say, it was quick, nice and hot, and quite possibly the best cup of coffee Id ever had. And I have very high standards. I left with high hopes for the whole beans I had just purchased, and I was not disappointed. In fact, my wife and I were blown away at the quality of their product. Nice and smooth, flavor wasnt overly bold or toasty as it was a light roast. Slightly acidic, but not so much you notice. A good all-around breakfast blend. I will definitely be returning to get some more espresso and another bag of beans. Maybe a darker roast this time.

Update: Wow. I thought this would be over in a hour or less and I would pull my review...which was over zealous. I have spoken to many people about how I was treated which I feel was wrong by the manager, but my online reply was way out of line to be perfectly honest. The coffee shop has loyal patrons for a reason and the outcry against my ranting post shows that. Within hours they responded and made good points. now they have even more positives online. So I have in fairness changed my review and give it what it deserves because the coffee is good, the ambiance is good, staff etc.. and people there really enjoy the place and its part of the community which is the main point. Thanks

I go to noble coffee all the time. I loiter there, I socialize, and I buy my coffee. The dark roast is delicious, and occasionally, I get an iced drink that two girls made up and is so delicious, an iced nutella. Fantastic. All the girls are great there. Charming, beautiful women with intelligence and wit. Fast, great service every time, without fail. Its not just a coffee joint, its an experience. Ive read one bad review about this place personally, and I cant imagine what kind of dirty shenanigans Eric Covington couldve pulled to have this experience. Nothing could be further from the truth, from my experience. Thank you for the great coffee and better company, Noble Coffee!

My favorite little shop!! As a previous employee (who still picks up shifts from time to time), I cant get enough of it. The employees are so sweet and helpful, and the coffee is locally roasted. They have delicious drinks and pastries and have an amazing home-town feel. Overall, the customers are equally as amazing with the exception of a few unpleasant visits, but I think this shop really shows what Noblesville is all about with the small-town feel and friendly faces anywhere you go. I would recommend this to place to everyone and I would be there every single day if I could! Keep on keepin on, girls, because you all are KILLER baristas!

Noble Coffee is my home away from home. Any afternoon I can get away from my office and up to Noble to work is a real treat for me. The only thing that could be better is having Noble Coffee shops all over Indy. Mail Order would be nice too. The coffee is always fantastic and the staff is superb. Their coffee is also a staple at my home and as gifts for friends and family. I miss when they had the roaster in the shop, it made the whole down town of Noblesville smell like the nector! Check it out, you wont be sorry.

How have I not written a review about Noble Tea & Coffee yet? This is one of my favorite places to get coffee in Northern Indiana. Its only 20 minutes away from my house, so I try to go there at least once or twice a week. The coffee is top-notch and the employees are really friendly. The prices are reasonable (if you dont include the obligatory tip). They always have a "Drink of the Week" posted on their menu and while Ive never tried it out myself it always looks delicious. Highly recommended!

I had a really great experience at Noble Coffee and Tea last time I was in... And the time before that, and the time before that! Seriously, if you want the best service, best drink, and best local atmosphere you have to swing in. You cant go wrong with a classic drip coffee, but I love their mochas. There is this one barista that I really love. She usually works the mornings and just makes the absolute best drink, plus her witty sense of humor always makes my day.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Noble Coffee and Tea! Love supporting locally owned businesses with good quality products and thats exactly what NC&T is. Ive been going there for a very long time and the people (especially Kelli) have always been warm, friendly, helpful as well as funny! We buy their flavored coffee to make at home and I am addicted to their Chai Tea Lattes. If you want good coffee in a warm, friendly atmosphere this is the place! And tell Kelli hi!

Great local coffee shop that can whip up a solid espresso drink as well as pour a cup of straight black. They always have a special latte that matches a holiday our season and a nice variety of drip coffees. Prices are nice and in line with most coffee shops these days. Seating is a mix of tables and comfy lounge furniture. My only complaint is the slight, ever present sewer gas smell but the building is old so I guess thats part of the charm.

I love this coffee shop, and am in here atleast once a week! However the quality of the "dining area" is going down hill. Table tops spin completely around, the bathroom has a code that hasnt worked in weeks, and the bathroom lights are almost COMPLETELY out. I dont need a "romantic ambient lit" place when using the restroom. Why isnt the "dining area" matching the quality of the service? It stumps me and is frustrating.

A huge shout out to the barista at Noble Coffee and Tea! Even though there was a long line of people and she was the only one working, she greeted everyone with a smile and had each order perfect. She didnt get distracted or frazzled. She was a teenage girl who was much more professional than some adults! Great employee! The vanilla chai tea latte and caramel apple cider drinks that we ordered were delicious! Great place!

What can I say about Noble Coffee? Only that is awesome! Been going there for over 10 years. Great coffee, wonderful atmosphere, and I always see familiar faces. I used to work in Noblesville, so going there was at least a weekly occurrence. Now that I dont work in Noblesville anymore, I have to say that it is one the main things I miss! I always stop in when I am up that way. Noble Coffee is a true local treasure!

This is a great local coffee shop located on the square with a pleasant atmosphere. All of the employees have always been incredibly nice and helpful, especially the manager. They have a large selection of quality drinks - I havent had a bad one yet! Not to mention the fact that it is a great place to get work done in. Come check it out and judge for yourself - you wont regret it!
