This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. I always place mobile orders, and allot plenty of time between placing and arriving. I walked in one time and the barista didnt even know I had placed an order, the ticket was still on the printer. The last time I went in, I ordered a Double Shot on Ice and the barista only pulled one shot for the whole drink, normally there are 3 in a grande, and he filled the rest with milk and ice. I always have to wait exorbitant amounts of time for my orders and all of the employees have 0 hustle when its busy.

Use to be a great place... Seems to have gone downhill. They need to make orders as they come through not what is easiest at that current minute. Waited 20 minutes for a iced drink while the mom of four a kids cut in front of me demanding ice water and then spilling it. Had three people behind the counter but only one making drinks while the wait grew for those of us that had ordered. The manager needs to help the employees as this was not okay.

Usually love this place!! Last few times in its been super slow service. Actually left Sunday at 7am and stopped at another Starbucks because I waited in line for over 25 minutes with only 2 customers ahead of me. This morning kids wanted to stop before school - waited over 20 minutes with 6 baristas working for 1 frappucini and a tea!! .

Best Starbucks store in existence. Quite literally. The baristas are amazing and make an effort to get to know their customers. They are always friendly and make their customers feel like part of the family. I go out of my way to visit this Starbucks because I love it :)

Horrible service, never called my name, even though they can see me there standing and waiting. When I finally noticed my drink was ready and picked it up it was dripping and they didnt bother to wipe the cup. Have taken my business to a different Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I have never had a negative experience. I usually visit on Sundays when it is busy and the baristas are friendly and efficient. I have never had an order delivered incorrectly. Great seating and atmosphere.

Always fast and friendly service! One of the last few Starbucks that continues to make quality drinks with a smile! :) I dont even go to any of the other Starbucks anymore because I know my drink will always be made incorrectly.
