This is a great coffee shop on par with such Indianapolis staples as Calvin Fletcher, Bee Coffee and even Cups Coffee over by BMO Harris. The environment has a very hip, underground feel to it - Ive always felt that the shop itself would look more appropriate in a basement somewhere rather than the ground floor of an office building. The coffee itself is delicious. I usually get a cafe mocha whenever I frequent the shop and it typically runs me between $3-5. I would recommend Hubbard & Cravens just for the coffee alone, but if youre like me and you appreciate the scenery then I would go for that as well. I havent had a chance to peruse their merchandise wall yet, but I imagine its just as eclectic as the selection at Bee Coffee - they have shirts and other coffee accessories that are perfect for "mug heads" like me. Overall, highly recommended.

Their pour-over station is amazing. The coffee is always the favorite part of my day. If you go, you must grab a raw bar. They make a great snack or even a quick breakfast! The baristas are always very friendly. I usually go to the 49th & Penn location because its close to my home, but since relocating my office downtown, Ive been coming here. One of the baristas remembered me from coming into the other location and I really appreciated that personal touch. There are a lot of really great coffee shops in indy and we are fortunate to have such a great selection. However, of all the coffee shops available, Hubbard & Cravens is by far the best!

Good potential, but a kid preparing the cappuccino with no clue of latte art. Just looked like any boring Starbucks and Co. Cappuccino. They make Filter coffee Chemex style as well and then poor it in a paper cup. That has no style!

Great little shop for coffee! I was looking for something "Not Starbucks" and the baristas there helped me decide on a tasty latte which I got to watch them make in front of me. Super friendly and nice!

The service is good, the selection is never overwhelming, the quality cant be beat, and the location is perfect. They have Almond and Soy milk if one prefers. The deli and baked goods are always a treat.

Purchased the coffee of day, a Costa Rican coffee that was tasty. Atmosphere of the place is cool and hip, going for a steam punk look. Limited seating and does not offer WiFi services.

Clean with friendly staff. Vibes reminded me of Starbucks. The drinks were very milky and the drinks all seemed to default as one shot (a one shot cortado?). Wouldnt go back

Every cup is amazing because its brewed just for you and NOT by a k-cup. The mod bar is great. The coffee has the kind of strength I like.
