Let me first say I have been to Starbucks in 15 different countries all over the world. I live in New York where I work next to two Starbucks. I drink a lot of Starbucks. This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Whenever I am in town visiting family this Starbucks consistently makes horribly incorrect drinks. My Mother, who lives in New Albany and is a Starbucks enthusiast refuses to go to this Starbucks because they always mess up her drink. The staff is incompetent and clueless. Someone needs to buy these people a Starbucks recipe book, enlarge it and display it all over the store so hopefully they can correctly make a drink. I will never go to this Starbucks again. Its ridiculous.

They have a lot of trouble with online orders. They never seem to get it right, its either the wrong size, wrong recipe, or just over all wrong drink. I could understand maybe on a super busy day mixing up my order with someone elses, but when they have a total of 3 customers between the restaurant and the drive thru, thats pretty bad. This happens just about every time I go into this one. I keep going back because I have faith in them, but I think Im done for a while. Ill travel the extra few miles to Clarksville.

I have been to many Starbucks and never had a bad experience until today. The girl giving me my coffee was unfriendly the coffee tasted awful. ..not a white chocolate mocha. I got a slice of banana nut bread and it was totally cold and had obviously been there for a few days. cant imagine how this Starbucks is making any money. ..worst experience ever.

Im a student at IUS and I frequent this location. Im often there to do homework, or get a post-work out drink. All of the employees are really helpful and their drive-thru seems to be on the fast side (making it easier for me to get to class on time). If youre on the hunt for somewhere to get school work/ business done, this the perfect place.

Service can be slow and sometimes the staff is a little edgy. They tend to make my drinks sweeter than other locations, but its ok. My last trip was a few days ago. I was really impressed by my drink, the tempo of service (drive thru) and the friendly cashier. I like the ambiance but wish they could accommodate infants with high chairs.

Cultured Starbucks. DT is speedy and accurate most times, if not, which can happen, they are quick to make it correct. Love the inside, just wish there was more seating. Employees are nice and help you try new things. Clover is pretty neat, thanks Jordan! I would add that the Parking lot is a hot mess so drive slowly!

I really like this Starbucks location.... Most the people there know what I get (so much so that when they see my vehicle in the Drive-thru they say "Hi"(&my name) its great !!! I just went in (again)& they knew who I was ... and it was taking a minute to get my drink & the guy apologized to me & was VERY NICE !!!

Noisy inside. Someone kept trying to use a machine that was broken, sounded like loud dental drill. Tables were dirty inside and outside. Service was speedy when I was in line since I was the only one in line. But I noticed the line backed up and moving slowly!

Ive been to this Starbucks 5 times in the last 1.5 months, they have gotten my drink order wrong 4 of those times. I get a remake and they still continue to get it wrong. I wont be going back. I didnt know it was that hard to make a drink with almond milk.

Its inviting with some cozy booths along one side, bakery items and the usual Starbucks items for sale. We found this location in order to take advantage of the holiday drinks BOGO. I can see my daughter and I stopping by here again soon.

Worst Starbucks ever . I ordered a caramel machioto and paid five dollars for the drink I get it and start to try to drink it while Im driving and its black coffee . They even refuse to make it right will never go back to Starbucks

I go to Starbucks frequently almost everyday sometimes twice a day. Twice this week they have messed up my order. I always take the mess ups bc I dont have time to wait. This never happened in Houston. Get it together

Not much room inside for seating so I usually just use the drive-thru, usually in and out within 5 minutes or less when I use their mobile app to order. Employees are always nice and very helpful

A nice starbucks in the New Albany area. I like the use of bare 2×4s as dividers between tables. They also have a Clover Machine if you desire that!
