My husband waited for some one to take his order, no-one came to front of counter to acknowledge him (about 4:20pm Thursday). People were behind counter working making the food but the counter was neglected & someone was busy with take out window. I found a table & waited about 10 minutes. Finally my husband came & got me & said, " lets go, nobody went to behind counter to take my order!!!!!!!!!!". We drove to the Jeffersonville lndiana location & finely ate. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Had to use cell phone after 20 minutes of being stuck between to cars in five through. I heard at least 5 minutes prior to wait a little bit & I will be right with 1st car then ignored her. Seen employees sitting on ground while 7 cars sit in drive through waiting to place order.It took 2 calls to get them to pick up then said drive through radio must be dead I will let her know before I could get off phone drive through decided to take a order. Horrible service!!!!

Waited in line almost 10 mins just to place an order. Out of stuff for the third time Ive visited. Finally place order and told to pull around.20 mins later when we park to go in and get our food the rude attendant at the window accused us of lying and that we hadnt waited that long and we needed to "get it together, it aint been that long, and we need to HOLD ON stop lyin" Just a trash experience. Wouldnt go back

Im allergic to fish, this morning they decided to fry their hash browns in the FISH FRYER. Thanks for giving me food poisoning by CONTAMINATING YOUR FOOD PRODUCTS WITH ONE OF THE MOST COMMON FOOD ALLERGIES. I am not impressed with the new building, it has lost it charm. its cold and un-inviting inside. like a gymnasium wit giant circles in the ceilling to break it up. Sometimes too much change is not good. Their style has been lost. The outside is nice looking. I didnt eat was a little disapointed.

Improved atmosphere compared to what it used to be many years ago when it used to look like it was in the ghetto. Even the old building behind that used look like it had bullet holes in it. The food was pretty good too even though its just pretty much a slider and some fries and a drink
