We LOVE El Nopal! Best Mexican food weve ever had and weve tried a lot. Our favorite is the chicken fajitas lunch or dinner. Beans are the best- full of flavor; great pico with the right balance of cilantro and other ingredients; fresh guacamole and sizzling hot chicken and vegetables fajitas with a very flavorful sauce. Even when were starving, we end up taking food home because they are so generous with their portions. If were anywhere near one we can hardly pass it up! Its a local business, so check out this gem!

Food quite good...especially the chile rellanos, tamales, & the Monicas platter and service is attentive & prompt enough...however, the low ranking is prompted by the margaritas, which are frustratingly weak & watered down...one shouldnt have to order a side shot of tequila to ones drink to bring it up to snuff....try Puerto Vallarta...especially if youve come to drink...

My wife and I were just driving through and were looking for a place to stop for lunch and found this place. I only wish we lived closer so we could eat here more often. Food was delicious, and the staff were polite and attentive. The carne asada tacos were great and the tomatillo sauce that came with it was perfect. Highly recommended.

Terrible food and service. I attend this establishment and others El Nopals in the area. The beef tastes like untrained grease. The chicken is dry as a desert. Empty cups accompany empty chip bowls. Burritos, enchiladas, and tacos are amateur at best. Dont even try the tamales.

Better than average for local Mexican food. Large portions and they usually have nightly drink specials. Check your local "clip-it" or your Kroger receipt from across the street for coupons. The Monicas platter is good if you like chicken and shrimp.

This is one of the many El Nopals in the area. Im big fan of their pork carnitas, especially when I have a bogo coupon and I get two! They were great as always, my wife also liked her chicken dish. Our waitress was on it! Place was clean. Enjoy!

Nachos are like a big pile of I Dont Care with a You Dont Get Queso on nachos here. Beans are like a pile of Just Slop It On. Sorry but you arent Mexican. Your food is horrible.
