Absolutly the worst we have ever seen this restaurant. Very nasty dining area (food all over floor) no clean tables, drink dispenser out of order. Sweet tea dispenser empty in dining area, asked for some from behind counter said they were out but would take about 8 mins to make some more. Very poor customer service. All around, very poorly managed. We will definatly think about other options when choosing a place to eat!

For whatever reason, each time I visit every factor is different. Sometimes the restaurant is clean but the chicken is noticeably dried out, and others the chicken is great but you sit in someones spilled tea. Dont get me wrong, Im sure theyre capable of striking a balance between cleanliness and cooking— they just havent while Im there, and Ive visited at various times when Ive traveled to Glasgow for work.

We eat here regularly, but after watching one of the male employees scratch his manhood and then handle food its become a bit sceptical if this place hires note worthy individuals. As well in the same visit another customer mentioned that the dumplings were dried out. The employee the scratched himself brought water over and poured it in and started staring it. This is not an adequate way to "freshen food".

Woooooooo boy Id say this here da best chicken Ive EVER had. All hail the Colonel who blessed us with his delicious original recipe chicken. The 5 dollar fill up is the BEST and the 20 dollar family fill up meal aint bad either. For my final words I shall quote Colonel Sanders in the 5 dollar fill up commercial."3 chicken tenders taters and gravy ill throw in a biscuit and a big ol cookie!

TERRIBLE! We walked inside to order because the drive thru was really busy. We ordered within just a couple of minutes but it took 20 minutes to get 2 Go Cups and 2 drinks. No dipping sauces in the bags even though I was asked 3 times what we wanted. We just snatched the bag and literally ran out because they made is late for church.

Started off bad from the get go took a while to get waited on. There was several empty seats but none clean had to clean our own table. Then we paid almost $20 for 2 buffet with not much of a selection. Just 2 salad dressings. No BBQ chicken no baked beans be the last time I will go there. Next time I want buffet it will be shoneys

This was the WORST meal I have ever eaten. We got the extra crispy tender meal plus some sides. The tenders were cold and not good. My stomach is still queasy from them. The cashier messed up our order twice and it still wasnt correct. The tables were dirty and littered with trash. We will never eat here again.

Horrible wasnt even busy and couldnt keep food out on buffet biscuits were hard as hell mashed potatoes where horrrible there was a foul smell around the fountain drink floor was filthy and so were the tables no salad on salad bar will not be returning only gave one star because I had to or couldnt post

While ordering chicken the door of the chicken fell into the floor its in need of renovation.. No hand sanitizer and the chicken was empty but 3 pieces and one was splashed with barbecue on the side but it was not BBQ..all the tables but 3 was nasty

The service is what you would expect from a fast food chain but the downfall for me is the facility. The bathrooms smell like urine everytime I have had the displeasure of using them and the dining area could use a bit of upkeep and cleaning.

Sorriest service no food on the bar. Put food on the bar then took it off. Peach cobble looked very old and burnt. Was there about 30 mins some customers never did get food. I give them a negative 5.

I ate the buffet. I hate mash tators in my beard, chicken grease all over my hands up to my elbows. Had brown gravy all over my shirt. I loved it. Ill be back tomorrow.
