My wife and I went here on Sunday 03/12/17 at 9:30 am for breakfast there were approximately 10 tables with people at them. We were seated and after server all minutes our waitress showed up we ordered 2 cups coffee with cream and ice water, we.placed our order at the same time and we both ordered the cinnamon blossoms. Our coffee arrived and a few minutes later the cinnamon blossoms arrived, it was cold as if it was in a refrigerator. We sent it back and ask for it to be warmed. Finally our cinnamon blossoms arrived and was warm, a few minutes later our waitress showed up with my breakfast and sat it in front of me, I told her I was not going to eat that, the sausage patties were burnt so bad they looked like charcoal, the hash browns were burnt black on the bottomed and looked raw on top, the scrambled eggs were.fine, she took my plate back and after several minutes returned with the same (now cold) scrambled eggs and 2 more Burton sausage patties and said she was waiting on a fresh batch of hash browns to get done, my to satisfy was cold by this time and I ask to speak to the manager on duty I began to explain the ordeal and about half way thru the manager interrupted me to explain this is not his store he is just filling, all the time this was going on we had some friends arrive and sat at another table and after 10 minutes of waiting and not one person came to Their table they got up and left. This is the worst service and food I have ever been served and we will never visit this location again. Be warned. It socks. Nobody cares.

If youre in the hurry dont come to this Bob Evans. 5 - 10 min to get seated even when they have open seats. Usually another 10 min before anyone comes to talk to you and takes your order. Also a lot of confusion as to whos tables are whos, first was told by one server that was working the area that shed be with us shortly, 5 min later someone else takes our order, 5 min after that another server comes and asks if our order was taken (again its just an average crowd not very busy). Once all that confusion is settled its another 30 min wait for your food, doesnt matter how busy they are (also be prepared to wait 10 min to get your drinks as well). The food is usually always good tho so thats a plus, buts its ALWAYS slow service.

I love Bob Evans and have no problem waiting when they are busy. Im sitting here in the restaurant waiting for my takeout and the manager (blue shirt) is stressing out more than the employees. Its almost comical to see the other employees watch her flip out. I think she needs a chill pill.

I have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for a table. The tables are half empty. We have just been told the kitchen in this place is 45 minutes behind and the manager refuses to sit anyone. Omg...what kind of manager is this?

Good spot for some early morning breakfast and one of the few places that serves dinner for breakfast if youd prefer something off the dinner menu. Only a few times where my food wasnt good but overall the service has been solid.

This is my familys favorite place to eat when it comes to bob evens . They make such good quality food and they definitely dont keep you waiting to long . ps.Thier biscuits and gravy are addicting ! 5 stars
