This place is so unprofessional and understaff each of the 4 times I have visited. Some of the servers are extremely rude. Word of advice all africian american will not stiff you . We are extremely great tippers . Secondly when you visit a establish you expect certain requirements to meets your expectations especially if the servers who makes 2.01 to recieve gratitudes from the guess. At last when you come in as a guess smile and please please offer water to the guess whether they request it or not. I sat for over 10 minutes before I was acknowledge the young lady was kind and in training . Her trainers only glanced my way slightly . Lead by example I do not fault the trainee but the trainer who just 2 weeks ago I visit this establish . This will be the last visit . Its a wonderful my 82 year old mom is not a fan of this Bob Evans,

Arrived at 11:30. Waitress took our drink order, 2 waters and a coffee. About 5 minutes later she brought the waters, forgot the coffee, goes ahead and takes our order. Another 5 minutes goes by and she brings the coffee, no silverware. She apologized and said shed bring some right over, which never happened. 40 minutes later, enough was enough so we asked to pay for the coffee. Waitress said there were only 2 cooks, there were about 10 customers in the entire restaurant. We proceed to walk toward the door, the manager apologized and claimed that they "got busy there for a second". We called him out on that, as the restaurant was nearly empty, so he proceeds to yell something inaudible as we walk out the door. The most unprofessional and appalling excuse of service Ive ever seen.

Im gonna start off by saying that Ive been a server since I was 16 and I get it, Ive messed up in the beginning, but I got better with time. Im still sitting here a party of 5 and we just now got acknowledged by somebody and it was the host. We sat here for 45 minutes with 3 servers in this section and not one even said hello. Just now she opened up another table that no one has got to and they were sat before us. Angie is the host and she is amazing! Shes doing like 3 different jobs at once. Go her!! The waitress was suppose to have the soup already out and if it was me I would of brought bread or something to hold over since we waited for almost an hour to even get talked to. We got looked at but thats it! Very unsatisfied customer.

4 servers on the floor at best maybe 15 tables are full they cant seem to get to your table before 10 maybe 15 minutes if youre lucky to even get your drink order theyre out of Coca Cola you cant get a refill on your coffee you had no silverware who in the hell runs this place and how do you stay in business! Servers are rude and disorganised when asking for silverware the hostess stared at me like I was crazy dropped them off the table with no eye contact didnt so much as apologize nothing, our server was nice but acted slammed, he wasnt slammed at all, this place should be shut down!!!

Take my girlfriend out to eat once every week and this place has got to be the worst restaurant in louisville. Have been here once before, 1st time I thought maybe they just having a bad day...I let that go. Came back a few weeks later today. Got a table, waited 30 min to at least be asked for what to drink but nothing...got up, as we walked out the door manager didnt even say a word. Wasnt even busy, only 2 other tables. If you gonna eat around this area, just go to Texas roadhouse.

I went to that place they make me waiting for like 15 minutes before I can get someone approaches me to take my order when they finally bring the food my order is wrong my son food is wrong I got very piss but I just let it slide because Im not going over there with my family anymore the people are very rude over there and the service is awfull oh mine I will never recommend any of my people to this place yurk

Started off OK then when the food finally arrived 2 out of 4 orders were wrong. Told the server about it and asked for a refill. The food never came out, and my drink refill took 15 minutes to get. My dad only got his pancakes and I got all but my pancakes. Talked to the manager he explained the server was new and it was his fault. They didnt charge us anything so that was nice. I wont be back anytime soon.

I got here at 11:40. Was seated reasonably quick..took forever to get waited on..while sitting at my table waiting, Im watching the servers at the window and hear one of them complaining because theyve sat 3ppl in her station. Wouldnt you know, she is my server. Anyway, has been very polite. However it is 12:27 and I just got my food. If course my eggs are cold!

First off there was a 30 minute wait which we where told would only be ten minutes. Whatever no biggie but then we get sat down and the people who sit five minutes afterwards get service first (they are Caucasian waitress is Caucasian). She doesnt even acknowledge we have been sat in her section until we complaint. And this was just the beginning

Very very slow service. Barely any people in the restaurant and we still had to wait 20 mins to be sat. Once we got our table the seats were dirty. Our waitress was very nice at least. The food took very long to come out even though no one was really in the restaurant. The food was decent at least.

I would probably rate higher based on food quality/selection. There service level is why my rating is low. It takes an average of 20 -30 minutes to get my order...regardless of the number of customers. I have also overheard staff mentioning their unhappiness working there during a couple of visits.

Went here for first and last time. Got seated at a table that wasnt clean, dont see how it was 8am and dead. The biggest thing is there glasses being covered in dirt particals almost like sand, both mine and my wifes. There dishwasher obviously needs serious work!!!!!!

I wouldnt really write this place on the food because the food is always excellent there but I write this so highly because of the staff the staff there is always made me feel extremely welcome and his even brought products to my attention that I never even knew about.

Very poor. Ordered a burger took it back 3 times and was still wrong. The first time the hamburger was a sauage patty. On the breakfast plate the sauage was burnt. All around us all orders all wrong. Even gave the people next to us a drity to go cup. We wont be back.

We had a wonderful meal of turkey and dressing with mashed potatoes and green beans and all the bread we wanted.the waitress did a great job as well.We went home full and satisfied.thanks to the staff at the restaurant.
