Walking in the host had bad attitudes and good tell they did not want to do anything but talk among each other. Then after being seated and ordered we got our food before our salads. All the food was undercooked, hamburger ordered medium was very rare, steak order medium was also very rare, and the French fries were limb and tasted like raw potatoes. Our server was really good though. Apologized the whole time. His name is Jordan and did really great where the rest of the team fell short. A manger did not even come around to speak to. A really bad experience all around!!

Had a group of 20 people coming to the Muncie Texas Roadhouse on a Monday evening at 6 oclock. We were told that we couldnt use the "call ahead" and that the entire group had to be there before anyone could be seated. AND there was a possibility that not everyone could sit together! Well, we found a restaurant that would seat us together AND we could use "call ahead". I would think that the potential for a group this size they would at least try to accommodate us. They lost our business and left a bad feeling with all of us!

We eat here often when we go out. Its very popular so call ahead or you will be waiting. For that reason, this place is not good for large groups, but 2-4 is usually good. The quality of the food is above average for this area, especially the steaks. Reasonably priced appetizers, and large portions are the biggest draws so expect to take some home with you. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is because a restaurant like this should be able to make a good country fried steak and they sadly cannot.

Worst service ever. It took over an hour for us to get two members of our party to get their food after the rest of our table of eight was served! Mark Horton the manager was rude and nonchalant. 1/4 of our party had not being served until AFTER everyone else had finished eating! I would not recommend this particular Texas Roadhouse. In general the chain is usually very good however the management at this location is horrible.

Very busy on Wednesday night, staff mentioned a few times that it is always busy. Wait was about 20 minutes. Service was not that memorable, good or bad. The steaks were more rare than anticipated (ordered medium rare) which is not an issue for me but if youre picky it might be good to know. Other than that nothing else to mention, very consistent quality and service compared to other Roadhouse locations.

Great steaks! Great service! Just be aware that when sitting near a half wall going up the steps, that they put their appetizer plates on the ledge. Where they are right behind your head. Loud clanking of plates right behind you, when yourer enjoying your meal can be an instant panic attack and piss you off at the same time. I will ask for a different table next time when being seated.

Usually love Roadhouse, but today was an exception. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. When the food came out it was cold, and all three of us did not get our fries until 10-15 minutes later. The server was accomodating. We spoke to a manager, and she said that we could not eat the food if we wanted a discount or refund. I have never heard of that before, and I was very displeased.

The waitress was great they messed up my husbands porterhouse it was supposed to be medium rare and it was well done I got an 8-ounce Dallas filet and it was supposed to be medium and it came out rare I felt the manager was not very pleasant they brought the steak back out again and it still was rare so I told him I did not want the steak not a very good experience with this restaurant

Salad served on a warm plate and wilted old lettuce not much to the salad but wasnt edible anyway. Dirty tables left uncleared everywhere. The whole place seemed rundown and dirty. Peanut buckets on our table only had trash in them. Service was turtle slow as well and NO they were not busy. Walk in and sit down immediately. I love Texas Roadhouse but doubt would go back to this one.

Usually very satisfied. But tonight not. Rolls of which won the direction of steak place, were clearly not given time to rise. They were flat and dense. Salad good if not for the fact that steak came about a minute after delivery. Had to return steak bc very rare and baked potato was still hard for not beige done.

One of my favorite places to eat. Dinner tonight was great. Steak so good you do not need steak sauce. Try the Rattlesnake Bites, they are good. They do not have Killians on tap, but do have Blue Moon. Waitresses are usually Muncies best looking. I have almost every Birthday at a Texas Roadhouse.

Have always loved Muncie Texas Roadhouse! We are regular customers. Never one complaint until tonight and everything pretty much went wrong except for our bar drinks, Brittini is awesome! Kitchen service was awful and our waitress Allison was even worse. Hope this isnt the new trend!!!

Went in about 5 got a seat waited 10 min. Still no service lot of servers. Going by us but none would stop. And take our order another couple came in and set across from us and got service with in 20 second. Guess we got up and left never go back the place sucks

Love this place. Not so much for the food (dont get me wrong, its always good), but rather for the friendly staff. Thanks especially to the bar staff who is always friendly, especially Sarah. She makes the best martini in Muncie. They make dining alone a wonderful time.

Could not even try to enjoy our meal due to the amount of flies. When we said something to the manager about it, she acted like it was no big deal. Also, the steak fries were so salty, it was impossible to even try to eat them, again they acted like it wasnt a big deal.

Each time I go I expect the rib eye to b great bit the fact that they premark those steak it just makes them taste like old meat not fresh I personally will never eat there again. Customer service was great n always is bit. Not doing it again.

Food is usually vary good but the "environment" is not realxing its extremely noisy and Thy play music so loud that you cant hold a conversation without yelling. But other than that may be the best place in town for a Stake! :)

Would have been 5 stars but the air conditioning was out on a very hot August day. Food was excellent and so was the service. Our waitress was very attentive. She did a very good job in less than desirable conditions.

I only gave it 3 stars first off the food and the service was great I would give that 5 stars however the music was so loud I thought I was in a night club not a resterant to eat. Therefore minus 2 stars.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! We eat at Texas Roadhouse at least once a week and I can honestly say this one has the best service! You cant have good service when they all just stand around and talk to each other.
