Went there at 8 oclock pm. The food sitting out looked like it had just been chopped. This is two hours before close, and it still looked totally fresh. High five to you guys for not over prepping. Food was delicious.

Staff was good. Do not order a tuna sandwich there. Its 90% bread with a little tuna jammed in the middle.
