Went there tonight, we waited for 20 min for a table, however there were lots of tables empty. After we got seated we waited for at least 10 minutes b4 we were even noticed by a waitress, who walked up and asked has anybody came over here yet, my reply was no, so she told me wait a min let me find out who uour waitress is, i am guessing it was the girl that came out with her purse and told them i am off. So they started asking all the other waitresses to take a table and one did, now its been 25 minutes we sat waiting. The waitress came over and said i am sorry can i get your drinks, we ordered them and within 5 min she came back over to us and said i am sorry but we have no ice, it was 100 degrees out there, i said you know what i think we will just go somewhere else, thank you. Have a great night. Very dissatisfied customer if i could give 0 stars i would. Not to mention you get a hamburger for close to 7 dollars, and you get a small house salad or fries for 2.00 extra. Really johnny rockets that is crazy.

Went there tonight... waited 5 minutes to be seated. The manager was at register and said we will be with you in a minute. Had 5 adults and 2 kids. We asked for a highchair. Finally got seated at a booth in the very back of the restaurant where we couldnt even fit one highchair and they informed us that they didnt have boosters. Few minutes later, same waitress that seated us came back and told us they were closing in 8 mins and laughed. So we had to drag out 2 small children who were ready to eat. I would give them a 0 if I could. Just lazy and rude.

Over priced and a eyelash! Almost $8 for a single patty burger or $10 for a double patty, FOR JUST THE BURGER, no frys or drinks included for those prices and the burger wasnt that big. Frys and drinks you have to pay even more for. Also my burger had a dark black eyelash under it when I picked it up to eat it, had to get them to make me a new one Gross!!!! P.S. Our server was nice though thats the only reason Im giving them 3 stars!

We stopped here while shipping labor day weekend. It was very busy, but we still got a seat right away. The waiter was friendly. The burgers are good. The sweet potato fries are very sweet. The vintage 50s atmosphere is fun. It was a bit more expensive than I would have liked for burgers, fries cost extra, but it is conveniently at the outlet mall, so I guess that is expected.

Dirty restaurant. Smells like moldy mop water. Over priced greasy food. Music is so loud you cant hear the person next to you. I would have been happier spending the same amount at a steakhouse.

Our server was excellent and the food was good. Nothing special but they deliver what Johnny Rockets has to offer very well.

The burgers were good, but the fries werent great. Not enough food in one order to fill you up, and they are really slow.

Happy we got one. Made me think of home and the milk shakes are still just as great as when I was a kid.

Always very busy on the weekends. Its not a cheap place but the wait is always more than 20 minutes.
