This location is terrible, I sat in the drive through for twenty minutes total and I was the only car there! Fifteen minutes into it they said I was waiting for the burger to cook, which is odd as I use to work at a DQ in high school and we had warming bins to keep already cooked meat warm, so they should of had 10-20 patties already cooked. I finally got my food and went back to work, opened my burger wrapper to see a single patty even though I ordered and payed for a double, the patty also was not fresh at all, it was barley warm and very dry, like it had been in a warming tray for quite a while. DQ really needs to deal with their franchisees in the Louisville area as this location is beyond lazy and incompetent, the Westport road location always and I mean always gets blizzard orders wrong, and the taylorsvill road location Employees meth heads that think the word blizzard translates to fries.

Will never, ever patronize a DQ. Ordered a number 1 with no lettuce or tomato and extra pickles and was charged 60 cents additional for 2 extra pickle slices. Using their rational they should have reimbursed me money for the lettuce and tomatos I didnt want. What a hard up company. Hope they end up out of business. Seriously? 60 cents for 2 pickle slices?

Since this location is close to our home, we stop here often. Our Blizzards are made well and the restaurant is clean. I have no hesitations about recommending this location. This location seems to have a lot of staff turnover but I have not had a bad customer service experience here.

Quick and courteous service. The drive thru worker even anticipated my need for lids on our blizzards since my dog was in the front seat. Ive definitely noticed this location working to raise their service standards over the last few months.

Well... The food was descent however the service particularly with the manager lady, was not great. It look like she would rather be anywhere else but there and didnt seem to want to be with customers. She must have been having a bad day.

Not very clean, garbage can in dining room smelled very bad. Floors look like they havent been mopped in a month. No ice to be had for drinks. Just doesnt look clean whatsoever.
