Came in at 5 am. EVERY TABLE was piled high with dishes. Literally. Forgot my phone or I would have taken pictures of the destruction. I think it was the cook who showed me to my dirty booth. He said theyd had a bit of a rush an hour ago. Destruction like this doesnt happen in an hour. It takes at least 4 to get an entire restaurant this size looking so horrible. Got a coffee and juice from little millennial girl with a shirt 3 sizes too small who said shed be right back. Guess she and the cook were having a discussion on the meaning of life. It was the last I saw of her. There was a floor show. An overworked young lady was doing the best she could with a broom and dustpan. (So, does IHOP not have enough money for a vacuum?) I threw $9 on the table. Girl with the dustpan said, "Did she forget you, too?" I said yes and left. Hope that young girl gets the 30 or so tables bused before the manager gets in.

When we walked in they were not busy at all. We ordered our food and when they brought the food out, half of our order was missing. We had to chase someone down in order to get the missing items. The service was horrible. Hubby had to argue with them about the whole experience. They ended up taking $20 off the bill and tried to give him cards for free meals. He turned them down and told them that they ruined us ever deciding to go back to any Ihop.

Here it is Superbowl Sunday and a total of 8 people are in the restaurant. My husband and I walk in and is seated, yet no one waits on us. A couple more people come in 10 minutes later and they are seated and waited on immediately. We sat for 20 minutes and were completely ignored the entire time! Coincidentally, we were also the only non-whites in the building... coincidentally. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back there again.

Not much can change in the system, food is ok, service is good. The prices are average the only reason there is a lower score is parking lot is in need of service and cleaning. The seating is not thought out in busy times. Squeeze 4 in a table in the way or out 2 in a corner booth. The order was mixed up and even when offered on menu the substitute side orders are refused.

We walked in the door and no was would help us for about 3mins and once someone come up the lady looked at me and asked me how many I said 3 adults and 3 kids keep in mind there was only 1 group of 5 sitting in the whole restaurant she looked at me and said I dont know where I am going to put u. Really let me help u out anywhere all the seats are open.

We waited for ten minutes and no one cane to our table. Another couple came in and was helped right away. I asked he hostess o find us a waiter and she came and asked us for drink order. We said that we was ready to order so she walked away. We left IHOP and went to Sunshine Cafe. We were immediately given drinks and able to order.

Food was very good. Service from Samantha was excellent, she took her time and was not pushy and very personable. Your vents are extremely moldy and could cause a number of problems and have gotten into your ceiling tiles. I cant believe no one has said anything.

Great food but not enough for the money..$24 for two kids and self. I had crepes and had to order 2 orders as they were not filling at all...waitress was great. Was put in a room north east in the building and was weird how they are in broken up areas but it was ok

Poor customer service!! Waited at the wait to be seated sign for about 5 minutes and was never even said hi to, the place was almost empty of customers but I saw plenty of employees standing around. I left the place! Wont go back to the Muncie Indiana location!

Had a grilled chicken salad and maybe I/4 cup of hard chicken . Nothing like the picture of a sliced chicken breast. Some pecans that were so small you didnt know that you had any. chicken was cold also. Really bad for price of 8.99..

Love the pancakes. Surprisingly good lunch menu also. I ordered a avocado BLT they were out of the avocado. My brother ordered something that he wanted lemon with, they were out of lemon. Other than that food is good.

Good food, decent service just dont go at peak hours 4pm-9pm. The families with kids drove us insane. We asked to be seated on other side of restaurant but the other side was closed.

I love coming here for food late at night. The managers and servers are really friendly and fun to chat with. The food is always amazing and they keep the dining area rather well kept.

Its IHOP of course its good. Piece of advice if youre over 40 like me avoid after 3am on weekends unless drunken people watching is what you enjoy and in that case go for it lol.
