Tried to call several times before getting to Sturgis to allow time for the pizza to be made. After trying every 10 minutes for 4 attempts someone finally answer the phone. After taking my order they told me it is a 40 minute wait. I told them fine Ill be there then.once I got there 40 minutes later they had not started making our pizza. The staff was rude both on the phone and in person. I would not recommend this pizza hut location to anyone.

If you actually get what youve ordered the food is pretty good. We once were brought the wrong Pizza and server said shed take something off the bill and left it. We didnt want it. We wanted what we ordered but never got the opportunity to say so. There are never enough servers which means service is usually poor. Could be a better experience with better staffing and a little more attention to detail. Not the cleanest place either.

The manager at Pizza Hut in Sturgis, literally hung up in me, after he refused to give me his name. Im reporting him to Customer Service.. He is a poor representation of what good management is. And I would never want anyone else to get treated the way I did tonight. Sign, Very dissatisfied customer.

I ordered online, and the store messed up the order and took an extra 45 minutes to prepare my food. It was their mess up and they were not willing to compensate me for anything at all not one single thing all I got was a Oops were sorry..... oh, and their attitude was great... NOT!!

Good for being Pizza Hut. The only issue I see is food inconsistency. They said it was crust makers issue, not theirs. IDK enough about their inventory and what is pre-made to say any different. Besides that Delivery is good. Always when they say or before.

We were seated for about 20 minutes with no drinks after waitress took order then another waitress came by and said the other girl forgot about us cause she was busy. Spent almost an hour and a half before getting drinks.

Ordered take out from here. Was ready very quickly and the pizzas were great. The only recommendation would be that they could be a bit more generous with the marinara sauce that come with the bread sticks.

Waited around 35 minutes to get Pizza, new cook ended up burning a bunch of Pizza on accident so manager came out and gave us a 10$ discount for the wait. 10/10 for the manager handling the situation.

No issues. Service was friendly and reasonably fast. Has local info and memorabilia on walls which are interesting. Very good for a Pizza Hut.

They need to during their salad bar back and get Diet Mt. Dew. Otherwise we quite enjoyed our selves. The service was great!
