I came in tonight to take my fiancé out tonight before she begins her chemotherapy and radiation treatments that will be given to her daily for a month. After looking at the options in the area, dinner and a movie sounded like fun! We arrived early, bought our tickets, and got our seats. We were the second couple in the theatre , looked at the menu, and pushed our call button. After a while we noticed orders were not only being taken, but a few drinks were being delivered. I figured that maybe my fiancée button might be broken, so I pushed mine. Finally, we were waited on quickly and courteously. We watched orders come out for a while , and finally our appetizer appeared. Not drinks, like one would think. Shortly after we finishing our appetizer, MY iced tea comes out. Now, Im annoyed, and my fiancé is furious because she has still not gotten her drink yet. Moments later our food arrives. Now, I am having to hold her back from getting up and disturbing other patrons. We remind the waitress again and wait. Finally my fiancé has had enough, we are NEARLY an hour into the movie and still no drink. She has not eaten her food, and is visibly upset. I get up hoping to put out the fire before she is unconsolable. Unfortunately, she is right behind me. A waitress stopsyus, as we are walking into the lobby, if she can help us, my fiancé asks for a manager ""RIGHT NOW"". Just then, my tea refill, which I asked for when we received our meals, was coming up, we explained that we needed the manager to another waitress(this has been at least 3 minutes) asks what was going on. We told her, and she says What seats are you in? We told her, she states, that she just happens to have my fiancés drink in her hand. Both me and my fiancé are absolutely bewildered at this point, and almost in unison, ask for the manager again. She promptly gets on her radio, and once again asks for the manager to come out of his office. I left and went to go warm up the truck. As I am walking back MARCO finally makes his appearance.I see him as he walks past my fiancé and he is signaled by 3 different employees to turn around because he has passed her. I am coming up fast to hopefully can take control of what could potentially become a train wreck. She makes her complaint to Marco, and asks for her money back on the movie. He states to her that he cannot give her the money back because to much of the movie has gone by. Yes, it is true, the movie was over half over, but I told him that wasnt right, ESPECIALLY since we have been waiting for over 7 minutes for him to appear. I stated that I would take this up with his office and my credit card company would see that I received a full refund since he was unwilling to do so. I grabbed my fiancé and walked out. Marco decided to follow us out just a moments later and state that we needed to pay for our meals. I turned to my fiancé and we both just gasped. Really? I stated. He said, YES! I said, I dont think so! He stated he was calling the cops and that this was petty larceny. I told him to write down my plate number, and call them! He came out and even tried to use his body to block my retreat as he wrote the plate numbers down. Luckily, I was on an end and drove away easily. I called the local sheriff department, and told the dispatcher what was going on. She laughed and said she hadnt heard anything good about that place and checked to see if a call had been placed, and to her surprise, it had! I gave her my information and she said she would alert the officer, and if he thought it was important enough to follow up on, then he would come to the room that the cancer center had provided.

I had been here in the past and had a good experience. I was talking to some co-workers about it and I saw quite a few bad reviews but decided to go anyway because I really liked their California style turkey burger AND I wanted to really see London Has Fallen (good movie, btw - too much swearing though...it was not necessary to make the movie good). Ill start with the positive first. The bartender was AMAZING! I so wish I had gotten his name because he was super nice but if management sees this we were at the 8 pm showing for the above mentioned movie on 3/4/16. The seats there are AWESOME! They are comfortable and there is plenty of leg room (Im almost 6 feet tall so I REALLY loved this!). The food was actually pretty good...once we received it. So here is the bad part. I ordered the California style turkey burger and sweet potato fries. When my order came I received a regular cheese burger and regular french fries. I had to ring the service button three times before our waiter Josh even came our way. In the meantime, the water my aunt ordered 20 minutes prior finally arrived and without the lemon she requested. We asked the server to please bring the lemon and that never came. Back to my burger situation. I finally see Josh and he is taking care of the people behind me so Im assuming Im next. He walks away. Then he returns but only to take care of people two rows in front of me. Meanwhile, another server comes our way so my aunt returns her water and we order her a strawberry lemonade. Since Josh seemed to have me on ignore I ring the service bell again and 10 minutes later a different waiter shows up and I let him know the problem. He apologizes and takes my order again. We also remind the waiter that we ordered a lemonade that has yet to arrive and he says hell look into it. 20 minutes later my burger shows up but do you know my aunt still hadnt received that lemonade. Another server walks by and I explained to her that we ordered a lemonade darn near an hour ago and we could not understand why it was taking so long. She looks into it and we receive the lemonade 5 minutes later but my aunt is completely done with her meal by this time and the movie was done about 30 minutes later. Btw, Josh shows up to give me a bill that wasnt mine and to block my view of the movie at one of the most critical parts. When my bill arrives I take it to the manager because I didnt feel we should be charged for the lemonade. They delivered it way too late. Ill admit that my aunt was VERY loud and aggressive so this may be why we didnt we didnt receive good customer service when we complained about the poor service. She felt they shouldve compensated us for the poor service and I actually agree with that but they refused to reduce a penny for not getting my order right. They did comp my aunts lemonade and I refused to tip because although I was upset with the manager for what I feel was poor customer service, the servers were subpar at best. I liked the idea of this place but I will NOT be returning her anytime soon.

I dont know if Ive ever had such a terrible experience. We walked into the place with it pretty packed which makes sense for a Saturday night, we purchased our tickets with a Groupon I had. The whole thing seemed disorganized from the start. We got our tickets and had a while for our movie so we thought wed sit in the bar area and get a drink and an appetizer. It was wrong of us to expect to get either of those let alone a menu from our waitress/bartender. She was 1 of 2 on a Saturday evening. Ive never worked in a place like that but common sense would dictate a Saturday evening probably needs more than 2 bartenders/waitresses to serve at least 30-40 people. Anyways we sat down and our waitress said she would be right with us about 3 times with about 5 minutes in between these times and we had no menus. We eventually were able to order but we decided to order just a drink since it was pretty close to the start time of the movie. Eventually some lady started walking around telling everyone that our movie was now seating. You would think they would have something a little bit more simple like saying that in the screens posted up in the bar area. We got into our theater and promptly pressed the service button to place our order. That service button stayed lit for 20-30 minutes at least. At this point were starving but we finally see the waitress come up to us and she tells us the kitchen is closed. There was too many orders she tells us and now they cant even handle what was placed. She said we could get a drink and popcorn. We were hungry so we ordered popcorn and a drink. We got a water about 15 to 20 minutes later. My beer came about 20 minutes after that and during the last quarter of the movie we finally got our popcorn. Needless to say we waited more than a reasonable amount of time. The movie finished up and we walked out with management giving everybody free movie passes. To add insult to injury we had just 17 days to use the pass. I just gave it to somebody walking in as we walked out. There was a brief apology about the kitchen being shut down but besides the pass there was compensation for the truly terrible experience we had. I usually give places second chances but this place likely wont be one of them.
