Complete Waste Of Time - If only you were allowed to put less than one star. We were a group of 6, if there were that many people in the place already when we got there, I dont know where they were hiding, this on a Friday night at 8pm, already a bad sign. Then we were greeted by a waitress, who seemed completely overwhelmed by taking a drinks and app order, much less the entrees, which, since we were left sitting there so long we were ready to order. So, we only ordered drinks and apps since it seemed like the simplest way to proceed, five of us ordered beers, one person ordered a soda. We proceeded to wait and wait and wait, just as we decided we had had enough the waitress shows up with the soda. The whole time we watched the bartender to next to nothing, clearly the order for the beer never was given. When we walked out and told the waitress we were leaving because we were tired of waiting she told us we were "impatient". Right. The downtown Indianapolis location closed recently, I will be shocked if this one survives the month, it was apparent by all the staff that they dont give a damn and they are just waiting for the last pay check.

Went to meet some friends, there were maybe 10 people at the bar and us. The server had a shadow, training the new girl, but she was really slow to come over and ask if we wanted anything when we arrived, she didnt bring us menus and the entire time we were there we saw her on the floor maybe 3 or 4 times. Had to ask every time we wanted a refill, it took a long time to get our food, we ordered the Irish nachos and they were drowning in grease, we also ordered mozzarella sticks and they were room temperature when we got them. Then after having to ask for our check she ran my card for our dinner partners meals and charged them for it too, which was the most expensive ticket, and it took 15 minutes to fix once we got her attention again to tell her about it. I guess dont go on a Sunday, the server was nice enough but showed very little care.

Got there maybe 15 customers and their was 5 of us. 4 waitress and bartender and a mgr. Running around. So got seated fast . Waitress took 10 min to get drunk order took 15 min for us to get drinks was ready to order . Got food 35 min later and needed refills 20 mins later got refills . Food was not hot just warm . After we ate never saw waitress. Then all of a sudden we saw her kissing a man as he was leaving she finally gave us our bill after we ask for more beer she got upset because she had to redo all of bills. Maybe she should have checked first. Instead of doing whatever she was doing with her man. Tryed to find mgr. Nowhere to be found. We paid and left. Never to come back to this location.

Ive been to this location many times when Im in town traveling for work. The services goes from barely acceptable to abysmal depending on the visit. Currently as I sit here my experience is the latter. After waiting almost 10 minutes for a bartender to recognize my presence I orderes a drink. After words I asked to confirm that wings are still on special before ordering. I was told their are no food specials, I even showed on my phone their website showing todays specials. The sever looked at me blankly then refuted that myself and their own locations website are wrong. I shall finish the beer that was already ordered but I think this will finally be my last visit to this location.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE MCGREGOR FIGHT. THEY WILL ADVERTISE BUT NOT ACTUALLY SHOW THE FIGHT. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED ON THE LAST EVENT. TERRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. You may see some good comments about the staff and bartenders. Unfortunately this place has lost everybody good. Anybody left there will probably be high and drunk when they serve you. The manager Nicky was arrested there a few weeks ago. Two waitresses bare nuckled it in the parking lot. Another waitress pulled out her 9mm and was waving it in the bar.

This place is terrible. Actually, sad is a better description. A colleague and I have been in town a couple times over the last month, and everytime we have tried eating here in the evening the place has been closed, long before posted hours. Today we came for lunch, which was hugely disappointing. The waitress served my friend the wrong salad, and my burger was so dry that I could barely swallow it. There are lots of other decent restaurants in the area, my advice is to try one of those instead.

First off, Ive been to other TKs that i thoroughly enjoyed. It was a slow night and service was still terribly slow. Rarely got our beers refilled. Food took an hour to get to our table. The appetizer was over cooked, 3 of the 4 guests received the wrong food, and the 4th guests food was an undercooked burger. They comped our drinks (a whopping 3 beers) but still asked we pay for the food. It was impressive. A place would have to work to be this terrible.

Been to tilted kilts all over the country and this is by far the worst one Ive ever seen. Walked in 2pm during March madness. 30 people at bar and tables and I sat at bar did not even see the bartender for 20 min. Food was over seasoned and under cooked. 1 girl working the whole time I was there and she had bar and floor to cover. Manager was nowhere to be seen. You couldnt pay me to set foot back in this location. And day before st pattys too. Just sad

Food was okay, but the service is horrible. Drinks sat at the bat for 15 minutes (3x), while the bartenders watched t.v.and the manager looked at them and walked away, before they were delivered. Bar is huge with no one here and still makes you want to go to mcdonalds instead for worse food because of the improved service. Itll be closed for good in no time for sure. Sad, as the area needs a good sports bar.

Food was mediocre at best. Service was horrible. My order was wrong. Instead of replacing the entire meal, they added to it. By that time, everything was cold. Server never came back to check on me. Had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender to get her. Because she was sitting at a table on the other side of the restaurant playing on her phone. An Irish Pub that doesnt serve Guinness Extra Stout.

Dont love it. Service non existent. Food. Well lets just say. Never ordered. Once we finally got our long waited. Warm beer. We never saw or could get our waitress attention. Another group of peeps went up to the bar tender and complained about not being served yet and her response was. She really did not care. That was when them and us left. Never to return again. And we live close

Food was not good. Ordered sirloin steak- was tough. Wife ordered stuffed chicken. Dont. Menu says stuffed but had one piece of bacon and very little cheese. Couldnt find it in 1 of the 2 pieces. Eye candy was okay but service was not. Sides were the best thing about this meal but its hard to mess up a salad and some broccoli. Would not come back for the food or service.
