This place is absolutely disgusting! I worked there for ONE DAY and quit the same day. On my very first day, i walked in and they asked me if i had a shirt, well obviously i didnt because i have never worked there before and it was my 1st day. They made me pay $20.00 for one shirt. Next, this women trained me for not even 10 minutes and just threw me into it. Third, the cooks were just down right gross. There were 2 cooks when i was there and both were sick and sneezing all over the food and they never once washed their hands. Also, they would drink on the job! Fourth, the place was just nasty. The floors and counters have never been cleaned. There was rat turds all over the place. The waitress would use there bare hands to make salads and again, never once saw anyone wash their hands. The sides like cottage cheese, soups, etc were completely frozen. The coffee was never freshly made, It had been sitting there all day and the coffee pot was just down right GROSS! I have never seen a place so disgusting. I just didnt feel right serving people and them eating food that shouldnt even be allowed for dog consumption. TRUST ME, YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER EAT HERE.

We just had dinner at Paragon for the first time. We printed the coupon currently displayed on the restaurant website which has an expiration date of March 2012. We asked our server if the coupon was still valid and she said she would ask the manager/owner. She returned and said "He said he will honor the coupon." When we went to pay, the woman at the register refused to honor the coupon, repeatedly saying "It expired." We explained we understood that, but the coupon was on the website in March 2017 and we had been told indirectly via our server that it would be honored. We argued politely but firmly and asker her to get the man our waitress spoke to. When he came out, he claimed that he would not honor the coupon. The woman offered us a $1.88 discount on our $28.88 tab (it would have been $5.25 with the 50 percent off a second entree coupon), but when the man rang us up, he charged the full $28.88. We added a $6 tip because the service and most of our food was very good, but after the way we were treated by the cashier and the other man, we will never dine at Paragon again. Thank you.

My husband and I have frequented this restaurant for several years and it is one of the best! They have a list of specials each day and a variety of homemade soups that are rotated on a weekly basis. The grilled orange roughy is one of my favorite entrees and the swiss steak is like my mom used to make! And it is true that the owner, Nick, is there most of the time to greet you with a "Hello, my friends!" and see to it that you are satisfied. If anyone has suffered getting the wrong meal or had something go wrong, they must have suffered in silence, because these people will see that you are happy if you only let them know there is a problem. Nick has brought me out entrees that they are trying out for future menu additions, given us a routine 10% discount at the cash register, and gives free dessert to each customer on Friday evenings!

Paragon is a popular restaurant for the after-church crowd: large portions, tons of specials (most places have one or two on a sign. Paragon has a white board crammed with selections). Anything that sounds like a good home-cooked meal is a safe bet: fried chicken, meat loaf, even liver and onions (a surprising favorite of mine). Ive never had their desserts, but they offer a free dessert night on Fridays. Sandwiches are good too. The only negatives: the menu is too big. They should cut all of the ethnic selections other than Greek (the owner is Greek). The only bad experiences with their food was in trying these selections. The fajitas were not sizzling at all and kind of bland. Also, their rolls arent great. best to skip those, as you wont have room for the main meal.

Met some friends in Indianapolis this weekend to visit the zoo. After visiting the zoo we went back to the hotel and started looking for a place to eat supper. We found Paragon was just down the road and have quite a few good reviews, plus they serve breakfast all day so how can you go wrong? The menu was huge with quite a variety of offerings. The waitress was friendly and took care of our every need. The food was outstanding. Honestly, we had 5 adults and 3 children, 3 ate breakfast while 4 had supper meals and 1 had a lunch sandwich. Every bit of the food was phenomenal. It was so good we found ourselves sharing bites with each other. For anyone looking for breakfast, I dare you to find a better pancake anywhere, wow they were awesome!

Came in and the new hostess girl was sitting on her phone and waited almost a minute to get sat down. I told her table for 1 and she gave me a dirty look (her name was jennifer) Service was slow and not busy at all. New ownership have really downgraded the place and the food that I ordered came out cold and had to get it redone twice. I even saw the Cooks and new owner drinking their corona beers on the job through the food window like what ?!!. And one of the tables in the corners had sooo many ants crawling on it that I overheard the waitresses to avoid sitting people down on that specific table. Never coming back, if new owners dont know how to run a restaurant then i dont see why they got it in the first place

Ive been here quite a few times. The last two times Ive been here, its been terrible. Just a couple weekends ago, the server was terrible. She blamed it on the kitchen, but everyone elses food was arriving in a timely fashion. She was more interested in taking care of the regulars than providing good service to everyone. Today, I ordered a meat lovers skillet. There was only a few pieces of meat. When I told the server, her response was some cooks put more...some less. Is there not a standard? ((Obviously, that was rhetorical)) When she finally brought the bill, she told us to let the cashier know we werent satisfied with the skillet...um, no. Thats your job. I will never go back.

First time here tonight... I decided on going after looking at the reviews. Hmmm... Well, I ordered the Pandora Chicken from the Healthy part of the menu. First impression was not good. My hard boiled egg was over done. The yolk was green. There were peaches & a pickle spear hidden under the chicken, which warmed the peaches. In my opinion, as big as the portions were, using an oblong shaped plate did not work. The chicken was just ok. The rest of my food was just average. Cottage cheese, cucumbers, & a pineapple slice. All of which were probably from a can. Not the worst place, but definitely not my home cooking...

I work here and have been for 2 years, we have never had an issue with mice in my two years of working here! We havent had anyone work here for a day and leave all of our employees have been here for 6 months+. I feel this reveiw was made up to make our restraunt look badly. We hire experinced servers, so therefore they do go onto the floor after a few hours/a day of training. If you need more than that, then you dont know what you are doing. We are very clean, and our cooks are never drunk. Please disregard the current post because all of these aligations are untrue. We have tongs for our rolls and salad.
