Experience was incredible. Atmosphere is great. Comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our waiter was great. Food came out fast and was pretty good! I do want to apologize to the waitress who got stuck with the female customer who was literally complaining about everything, to include the fact that there was no three course meal...its Bob Evans for crying out loud!!! My hat goes off to you maam, for taking it all with a smile on your face!!!

Called a total of 4 times they answered once and said to hold laid the phone down so I could hear people talking, even someone ordering carry out then they hung up on me so I called back twice and no answer and then called last time they answer only to hang up on me. Needless to say I will be spreading the word in the area of how horrible customer service is!!!

Breakfast during the WEEK is great. The waitresses are good. But to get a seat takes forever even when its NOT busy and its the same when you need to pay your bill. Dinner time here is a MESS! Service is horrible and the food is cold. The manager and staff were all in the back talking and goofing around. Stick to breakfast.

Service was polite, kitchen took a long time to get us our food. They were busy though. Once I got my omelet it has hardly anything inside. They quickly brought me another one. All in all, what I would expect from Bob Evans.

Always friendly, food is always good as long as you stick to breakfast. They have wonderful soups and brunch too. My kids love the food and always feel "fancy" going out to eat. Very affordable.

Good place for breakfast food. Not great, just good. If you go there ask for Kellys section, and tell her Jeff sent you. She will say "Whos Jeff?" But dont believe it. She likes me.

Worst service ever. Been there multiple times and have only had two good waitress. Both were older ladies that were amazing. Other than that food is ALWAYS cold and salty..

Ridiculously slow service no one knows who is doing what and manager trying to train servers cash register when they need to be serving! He had too much attitude!

The server was amazing. Waited at door for 10 minutes, no one else was in line but us, then when it was time to pay, no one could be found. Food was good though.

So they stopped selling strawberry crapes. They removed most of the deals on food. And all the prices are way higher due to new ownership. Never again Bob...
