If you like a dirty greasy environment with heathen screaming kids and tables crammed so close together that you feel like a sardine, then this is a great place to eat! Service is weak and the staff look like walking meth zombies. Food is over-priced swill, basically plain cafeteria food cooked to order.... The patrons are far from ordinary folks as well. The table next to my wife and I used the word "nigga" more times than it was said in the movie series ROOTS. They also kept yelling at their kids, even going so far as threatening death, to get them to behave. Meanwhile the staff was oblivious to our discomfort and did nothing to appease us. We only ate half our food and left in disgust. I tried to bring this up to the manager with no avail, she didnt care and told me to go somewhere else next time..... If you are a good citizen with morals and a positive outlook on life, this is not the place to bring yourself, significant other, and especially kids to. Keep away!!

This a good value for your money, big helpings. This is a cafeteria style type set up so can can see them fix your meal. Its old style cooking nothing fancy just good ole comfort food. The staff is friendly and even when swamped check on you and make sure your drink is refilled.

If you leave here and you are still hungry go to down to eskenazi cause theres something wrong with you..smokehouse breakfast best deal ,just declare your sides and loosen your belt..servers are good ole girls that keep you drinks full and call you "honey " while doing it..

This morning waited over an hour for breakfast order food before several tables the other tables received their food before we did and they arrive 30 minutes after we horrible experience this morning that DELI 2/13/2016. I have been coming here for a long time.

Make no bones about it, this place is a greasy spoon, but I mean that with all due respect. The portions are big and the food is pretty good. The sausage gravy could be better, but overall this is a great place for breakfast.

My favorite breakfast is the Oldtimers plate..the wait staff is very nice and very fast. I just love how fast these people work. The food reminds me how my mom cooks...Keep up with the great work and the great food!

The home cooked meals here are wonderful. Stewed tomatoes are outstanding as is mac and cheese. All served from a cafateria steam table so you can see what you are getting. Breakfasts are great as well
