Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We sat at the table for close to ten minutes before we were acknowledged by our server. Music was so loud I had to shout to get the server next to me to hear what I wanted. We both ordered a milkshake and a water. Our waters came another ten minutes later. We ordered our food. Twenty minutes goes by with nothing. Then the servers start a choreographed dance to some song playing. Meanwhile, we hear "Order up" at least eight times, but the servers are too busy dancing. Our server brings us one milkshake. Still no food. I remind her we had two and she admits she forgot. Manager comes over and apologizes for the wait. I politely nod and hope this food is worth it. Our food comes quickly after manager does the table touch. I then proceed to eat the driest burger on record with crusty burnt cheese. My milkshake comes while I am eating. And, I did not know this was possible, but even the bacon on the burger was bland. I would say that a new business model emphasized on service and not entertainment would be in their best interest. I dont go eat someplace to watch servers begrudgingly dance for the guests. I go to have a good dining experience. I would go to the electric chair before I went here again. At least with an electric chair, you can count on getting a halfway decent meal.

Do not waste your time here! My boyfriend and I have gone here in the past and it was amazing. We returned two nights ago for the first time in months and everything is different. You get less for more money first of all. I ordered the original and there was no relish on it and so much mayo and mustard that I couldnt taste anything else. there was half as much meat as their used to be. I asked the onions be grilled and they charged me an extra dollar for a "substitution". We were the only customers on a Wednesday night at 7 and they never asked in we needed more fries and only asked about a drink refill when we were done eating. My boyfriend had to get up and ask them each time he wanted more fries that he only ate because it cost two dollars for a side of fries with your burger. They also made on batch when we ordered and served us cold fries from that the rest of the time. On top of the horrible food, expensive prices, and lack of service, it was freezing! Its 1 degree outside and we walked in and it wasnt much of an improvement. I never warmed up and both of us were shivering the entire time. This place needs to make drastic changes because right now they are not interested in keeping customers. I AM NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!

went there for mothers day with my Boyfriend, he got the Philly Cheese steak and i got the double rocket and we shared a cheese fry. he was able to hold his food down and not get sick or ANYTHING while i spend the rest of my evening throwing up and not being able to even hold water down at all. havent been able to eat anything since i went there and cant seem to stop throwing up at all yet with it being monday now. i had recommended the place to him because the last time i went a few years ago, i didnt have this issue. i dont think i will be going back to Johnny Rockets do to my experience i had with them on mothers day!

I have never been to a Johnny Rockets but if theyre all like this I wouldnt go back. Wasnt busy when we walked in, got seated, we ordered. If you need to go to the restroom dont go... filthy. I knew we should have left... food arrived which consisted of a moldy salad. Literally... the spinach was so old it wasnt dry but a wet glob stuck together. Im pregnant and mold and food not cooked properly I always worry about. Just disgusting...

Have been here many time (only this location) and every time it is less and less a good experience! We took our grandkids thinking it would be fun for them. They didnt started making our milkshakes until after we had our food? You could barely hear the music, the staff use to dance (which is part of the fun!) They only had 3 other tables and Im not sure if everyone is new or what but it just isnt like it use to be.

Not worth the time to stop in set their 45min got 4 drinks ordered food for family of 4 after 45min waitress comes over and said we didnt but your order in what do u want to do go ahead and pay or just cancel oder and pay for drinks after that hell u have to be crazy to eat there should not had to pay for there mess up and stupidity.

Kinda gross. Meh service. The whole place just kind of seemed dirty. There was no music and the little music player on the table, was not only broken, but filled with gross junk. Couldnt use the salt because the shaker was filled with gross junk. Food was moderately okay, at least mine. Wifes garden salad had way too much cheese.

I went on a filed trip and me and my friends ate here and the waitress starts off by saying "please tip we dont make to much money" and since we are 13 she was using us and when we paid her we did not tip so she decied to not give us our $20 back and the food was also awful and the place was not clean. SHOUT OT TO MC,MODZ AND MORE

My family and I went to johnny rockets a few nights ago for a family gathering and we had a wonderful time. I especially enjoyed the dancing and the delicious milkshakes. We also appreciated the servers commtiment to our table ,as we realized the chaos of things with the holiday crowds.I will definitely be back soon.

The food tastes good, not terrific, its just everything else.The service was very slow! We waited a while even after we got a table just to get anyone to come over to take our order. Then the waiter just mumbled the whole time. We couldnt hear him and he didnt explain anything. VERY AWKWARD!

nasty on the inside. once we were seated there was a crusted ring in my cup where previously used and not washed. floor not swept. food smeared on the wall in the booth we were at. salt had black stuff growing in it. I wouldnt eat here if the food was free

Food was great. Waitress seemed new and made some pretty serious mistakes on order but manager fixed it then took the mistakes off the bill. The Cheddar Bacon Double is huge and love their onion rings. Will eat here again when visiting Indy.

Great wait staff, we loved Ashley. Good food. Houston burger is spicy! Very busy place. Kids burgers were good too. Might be fun to have the wall art be less authentic to the 50s and more representative of diversity.

Love the burgers and atmosphere, but the sweet potato tots are what keep bringing me back! We go a little early and take the kids. The wait staff have always been friendly towards us.
