As you can see by my rate i love this place the food is great snd the delivery service is fast but recently they changed the person who takes the orders over the phone she is very rude and impatient i hope she works on that cause in the future it will determine if i continue ordering here mind your my family has been ordering from here for many years and still do so clean up the customer service skills.....

The food there is good. But my two star rating was given because of the patrons inability to give me the prices for party pans of fried rice. I was quite surprised that Grand Chinese Kitchen was not up to the task to accept a large order. I guess they didnt want my money. So Ill learn to prepare these dishes myself.......!

I had a feeling the food wouldnt be good when I saw it was set up buffet-style... You have no idea how long its been sitting out... Only to get home to taste food thats bland and tasteless... Pass... Pass... Pass

Small dine-in area and quick service like most Chinese places. I didnt like the food. I ordered Mongolian beef and it was drenched in BBQ sauce. If thats your thing, you might like it.
