Delicious ice cream, a little on the pricy side...but I deal cuz its amazing. The issue with this location is theyre slow. Today there was only 1 person behind the counter and more and more people coming through the door. Finally after the one guy took care of 4 people and the line grew longer and longer another guy came out from the back. Back to the price. $5 for a regular is kinda high...BUT its a better value that heading down the street to Dairy Queen...as this is real ice cream and not soft serve from a machine. It is fun to be able to pick a flavor and mix-ins or choose from a preexisting combination.

I would give it a zero if I could. First of all, an underage employee relayed to me the two Asian managers/owners have taken money from his paycheck. It is also very hard to understand a word the owners say and they get frustrated easily. It is also a FACT that they are ripping customers off who get live it and gotta have it sized ice cream with candy bars. Those two sizes get two pieces or half a candy bar on the online training manual. This store scolds employees for following the actual rules and giving the customers the two pieces instead of one.

Cold Stone has always been one of my favorite ice cream places if Im craving some sweets. Ive been to many stores, and this one is probably one of the cleanest locations Ive seen, also, the place is HUGE, so if youre like me and wants to stay and eat, theres tons of room. The workers are nice, the service is fast, and if you tip, they SING too! It actually surprised me because in the past in other locations, even if I tipped the workers didnt sing.

Best ice cream around made fresh there every day lots of options I think about 15 options and it is not really ice cream its more of a custard old fashioned and the flavors are strong and taste great they even have sherbet options for those who cant have milk and they have lots of mixins and you get a good amount of ice cream for the price they have shakes and iced coffee

Came in and the short blonde at the counter with a piercing was very rude and short with me and to my girlfriend. She even rolled her eyes at me when I ordered because I didnt say what topping I wanted. I dont like this to effect the business just one rude employee made the experience negative. I feel should be avoided due to lack of good employees

I went here with my birthday BOGO deal pulled up on my phone and manager said I had to print a paper copy to use the discount. Poor environmental outlook and failing business model. Not like they would lose money charging $5 for 2 scoops. Ill be going to Orange Leaf from now on.

Wow this place had a line out the door and it wasnt even summer. Apparently people line up for this stuff year round. So dont be mad if you have to wait in line. Some things in life are worth waiting for and I guess this is one of those things.

With this icecream youre there for the icecream, not the service so much, although I have not had bad service before. The cake batter flavor is to die for. I like putting graham cracker crust and pecans in it with a waffle cone. Truly decadent.

Very good ice cream, Seems freshly made in store, however I would try some of the local ice cream joints before this one. But, if youre looking for ice cream, this is it! They have the best cake batter ice cream on this planet.

While the stsff is very friendly, the ice cream itself isnt great. It tastes very artificial. Its a convenient location for meeting people, otherwise I would never go here. There is much better ice cream to be found elsewhere.

Firstly, the ice cream is great! They were also really patient with my Samsung Pay. One of the staff was familiar with the technology, asking "do you know where the reader is in your phone?" You sir are my hero!

Absolutely the best icecream in town and by far the best homemade waffle cones and waffle bowls. I got cheesecake icecream with Graham cracker crust mixed in with strawberries on top and it was delicious ♡♡♡
