Im a big fan of Starbucks, especially when the temperatures cool off. The Franklin Starbucks is perfectly located along 31 and is everything you would expect from a Starbucks. I have even managed to con the wife into going to Lowes with a short stop here.

Sat in and got some work done for a while. The staff are so nice and fun! Parking is tight but I parked at a lot across the way and walked a little. The staff is the highlight of this establishment! Excellent in customer service.

Its a great place to go. Staff is friendly and i love the coffee....but the parking lot is to small. I was backing out of my parking space, and someone leaving the drive thru was trying to speed out of there almost hit me.

Good service, though not excelling the expected Starbucks quality like certain locations that are very serious about their coffee. Many comfortable places to sit, and a nice atmosphere. Good music selection.
