When we first arrived there was nobody at the front to seat us, we sat there for 5 mins at 4:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon the place was pretty much dead! After someone finally did come the service was horrible!!!!! it took 20 mins for my boyfriend to get his beer after asking for it three times. The waiters and waitresses seemed to have no idea what they were doing. The original waiter that was serving us abandon us and we sat there for another 20 mins waiting for someone to take our order! When a waitress finally came over and asked if we had been waited on. After taking our orders it took another 30 mins to get our food. And 45 mins to get one plate of sushi! A couple beside us that lives in Glasgow said that they would like to say that the service is never this bad but it would be a lie.... They waited for an hour and a half to get a few plates of sushi! Another couple a few tables down was treated horribly by a waitress that was very rude! She got their order wrong twice! I WILL NEVER come back to this Shogun ever again!!!!! I will drive an extra 15 mins to just go to the one in Bowling Green where there is fast and courteous service. If I could I would give this Shogun a NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!!

Food portions are large but tasted like burnt or smoked BBQ. That is not the taste you are looking for on your rice. The tables were dirty, not like something you find at a busy fast food restaurant, but greasy from not being cleaned properly. The menus, and shakers on the table were sticky. The staff was just rude, like "paying customers were a bother." Just a bad experience.

The best hibachi Ive ever had! Im not from this area, and I wish I was because Ive been dreaming about this food ever since I had it last week. You will not regret going here! Their dinner for two deal is an amazing deal.

Cockroach walked up from the bar, just dying to get into my wifes white sauce... I helped it die. Showing the manager only got us two free beers... spent 40 bucks on roach infested rice and overcooked steak.

Amazing food and presentations of Sushi rolls, but parking is extremely bad. If you have any mobility issues, dont try to park and go to Shoguns
