Honestly, this is one of the worst pizza huts Ive ordered from. Every time we order from here its at least an hour wait, but ends up being near an hour and a half. This particular order was the worst ever. We spoke with someone named Pete, he was terrible. After repeating our number to him four times, reminding him not to forgot the ranch twice, and giving him specific directions to find the dorm on wbaash college, he messed up everything. Our poor delivery guy was given the wrong number because Pete put it in wrong and we had no ranch. We ended up calling after an hour and half, ended up speaking with Pete again. He tells us he had the wrong number and tried blaming us because our delivery guy had been calling for the last 15 mins. We tell him, for a fifth time, the number and finally reach our guy. Honestly, needs better management and fire Pete. He sucks. The only positive was our delivery guy being nice and understanding he was given the wrong number. Tipped him extra for everything that happened.

As a rule, I typically love pizza hut. Ive bought twice from this pizza hut in the past two months. The first time, the pizza was so-so: the "handtossed" crust was very thin, and when I picked up the pizza it was already cold. The food was much better the second time around, but I ordered delivery. An hour after ordering I got a rude call saying the driver was waiting for me...after going out there, the driver was no where to be seen. He finally drove around the corner, he didnt know where the address was. I was mainly upset that I was expected to go to the delivery guy when I already had to pay a fee and was expected to tip the lousy driver.

BEST Pizza Hut restaurant Ive eaten at in OVER 20 years!!! Reminiscent of the more "glory days" of this pizza chain! Buffet items were hot, fresh and well-maintained; waitress and other staff were friendly, helpful and "all business," atmosphere (complete with AWESOME music softly playing), decor, eating plates and utensils ... EVERYTHING I saw, smelled and heard, actually, contributed to a WONDERFUL and relaxing lunch break and I left smiling and completely satisfied in ALL areas!! Would HIGHLY recommend this pizza restaurant to ALL!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Went in on October 10 2014 they for got my slaw and this isnt the first time Ive been in there and them not get the order complete So I call the store and talk to the manager on duty she remembered Because I had just been in there. She told me that she was sorry and asked when I could come and pick it up I told her Saturday or Sunday she also told me I would get a free meal for my trouble. Well needles to say went in today to get it and couldnt so I am never going back and spending any of my money there. They cant get the orders right.

I really like the food but I ordered a pizza tonight and got the confirmation nbwr and email saying when it would be delivered and it just never showed up. I never got a call or an email saying it wasnt going to come it just didnt show up at all with no explication whatsoever. I didnt even know until I checked my account to see that I had been charged and then refunded the amount. It was handled pretty poorly.

Been here since 330 took almost 30 minutes to get our food and i am still waiting for a bill, and it is 436 right now. This is ridiculous. The food is mediocre at best and the waitress was rude, she only came to our table three times to take our order bring our drinks and bring our food. Still havent seen her since then.

Worst service ever.they close at 10 we got there 10 to 10 and the server was so rude she told us we cant get salad because she was goin to clean.ok we went take a seat and when she was taking the order she looked like she was in a hurry.bad service.dont know if she was acting like that because we were hispanic..

Pizza was really good. Salad bar was good too. Had to search for someone to seat us they were learning to make a new pizza apparently.... Nobody could watch the front. Our waitress was ok...but it would be nice to be asked if you needed a refill. Or anything.

The Wednesday night buffet is well worth the money. The salad bar is kept well stocked with fresh vegetables. The pizza and pasta are always hot. If you dont see the pizza your craving, just ask your server, and they will make it for you.
