Service = Garbage. From the point I walked into the store it was painfully obvious that the employees were unwilling to preform basic customer service needs necessary for good business. I ordered my food - although it was unclear for the first few minutes who would even be taking my order (or even who the manager was). Not once was I greeted with a smile or hello, but I put my order in, had enough time to walk to Walgreens to buy a drink, walk back and they still hadnt started cooking part of my order. Not to mention when I asked what my order was to make sure, they couldnt either recall or provide an itemized list of what I had already paid for. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience and was never once apologized to by a manager (who eventually came by and said hardly anything to me.) I work food service and I know Valentines Day is busy - that in combination with the staff having no training on the new software everyone was claiming was installed today made for an unpleasant ordering experience. To top everything off, Im VERY glad I completely checked the order before I left, because they left out several toppings and sides for the order. THE ONLY saving grace was an employee who apologized for the mistakes on the order that she didnt even make. Thank you, middle-aged brunette with bangs for being the only one with a clue about customer service whatsoever. I definitely wont be coming back again.. Side note: I guess my compensation for the service and missing items from my order was an extra 2 bags of lays potato chips.. hooray.

We miss the previous owner - new establishment cannot compare to it! My husband and I ordered ribeye steaks on 7/28/17. We were so disappointed because they were tough, not cooked as asked and quite honestly were not the quality steak we were used to getting from them. They were tough and mushy and cold when we got them. We called back because we just could not make ourselves eat them and the manager did cook 2 more steaks and sent them out to try to make it right. Mind you, after spending $45, another 45 minutes of waiting, and our other items getting ice cold, steaks arrived and well they were worse than the first ones. Tougher, mushier and just not edible (our dog did enjoy it though)! Called back again and the person was very rude and said there was nothing we could do. I think a refund would have been in order here but the person on the phone was indignant. Needless to say, we will not eat here again. Too many better steak houses with delivery now and better customer service!!

The employees were rude and unhelpful. Ordering was far more difficult than it should have been and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Estimated wait was an hour to an hour and a half. An hour and a half into that wait I was called to say they had knocked on our door but nobody answered. I told them we had been in the living room waiting and none had come by and the employee argued with me that they had knocked but would come back by the employee apparently had the wrong number though they managed to "find" my correct number eventually. The order despite having been repeated back to me correctly was wrong and the food was cooked to the wrong temperature. The burger that should have been med to well was rare and the steak that should have been med was well done. The food was average but brought down by the wait and customer service. Dont see myself ordering from them agin unless I go pick up the food myself.

I have to say that I always have gotten great steaks from here in the last 5 years,but they must have switched brands of meat. After spending $40 for two steak dinners we got two raw steaks. Not only raw,but very tough and chewy. I called the Manager and she sent two more steaks out 50 minutes later. I mean my meal was already messed up since I ate the salad and the baked potato without the steak. When the remakes got to the house they only gave us new steaks,nothing else. They were also even tougher than the first ones they made and still pink on the inside. I called and the Manager just bragged how they arent a chain that she was the highest I could go. So no more business from two longtime customers. Outback is right down the street and they have takeout orders so who needs them??

Steal was a Rib eye was real tender cook just like I like it. Sizes have changed and prices are to high... baked potato was not done, said was 2 cherry tomatoes and small amount of lettuce and dressing was one little container and was awful and I also got a gallon of sweet tea it was also awful. The ROLL that comes with the meal was not eatable. This is the second time this has happened and I will not do this again. Ive had surg and can not drive so thought I would try again IT WAS AWFUL!!!!

Great food, terrible customer service. Before their name/management change they had 30 minute wait times and were a reliable delivery service. Now you have to wait about an hour every time and when you inevitably miss an order due to their extreme wait times (after an hour of waiting my phone died and they were unheard through my washroom door) they blacklist you and refuse to deliver again. If you want their food, do a walk-in. I wont be coming back anymore though due to their rudeness.

Im not a very picky person when it comes to food. If its in front of me i eat it. But this was way overpriced and they screwed it all up. 5 steaks were order. 1 med rare, 1 medium, 2 medium well and 1 well done. All 5 were raw. All the asparagus was undercooked and my sweet potato was undercooked. I did not revieve all my topping for my steak. We ordered 19 oz steak but recieved 18 oz. Not sure if the cook was bad or this place but i do not suggest trying it.

Ate here before always good but got the worst service today, worst part was that they took the food back all I can hope is that they didnt reserve and the alternative of throwing it out is just as bad! Horrible delivery forgot my order showed up with a bag of condiments, to tell me he left my order then after 2 hours came back with still missing some of my order, called requested a full refund and the delivery driver was sent back to take the food back

Ordered from Steak Away for the first time since they changed names. Wonderful meal- just absolutely delicious. The customer service I received when placing the order totally made up for not being able to order online. Delivery driver was also very pleasant. Overall a definite 5 star delivery experience. Cannot beat the fact that they also had a special. $10 for steak, potato, salad, and roll- cannot beat that! Will order again! So impressed!

The food was fresh and seasoned to perfection! I placed a large order for the office and everyone enjoyed their meal. The steaks were great, the shrimp was seasoned perfect, and everyone should try the fresh veggies especially the asparagus. The chef salads were a large serving and had the freshest ingredients. All the benefits of restaurant eating brought right to your door!
