Fast service. Hot food. Friendly people. Only one complaint. I used to stop there every morning after work and get their mini chic n biscuits. The biscuits are so undercooked they taste raw. I would take the inside out of the biscuit in order to eat them. I like my biscuits browned and done. I think they would be delicious if they kept them in the oven longer. Needless to say I dont stop by there for breakfast anymore. I love biscuits so I found a place who bakes them right. Sorry Chic - fil - A. I still give you a 5 for fast service, hot food and friendly people. (my pleasure).

Lots of choices (so long as you choose chicken), but more importantly service that is second to none. And they have a playground, no one else seems to do that anymore. Just, you know, when you leave, dont try to exit directly onto Charlotte Pike. Even if you do manage it, traffic will have to be backed up for miles to make it happen, and people get into wrecks trying it all the time. Go out through the parking lot on the other side to the exit to Annex Avenue. Its much, much easier, and theres a convenient traffic light for getting back to Charlotte Pike.

While the place is always busy, from open to close, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient. The food is good and reasonably priced for a fast-food restaurant. And despite how busy it always is, they keep it moving fairly quickly. They are also willing to work with people who have food allergies; provided its not peanuts. However, thats not the staffs fault. The company used peanut oil for much of their cooking, so theres not much they can do about it. But otherwise they do their best to accommodate special needs of any type they can.

I had to write a review for this location, because every time I go, whether busy or not, I always receive superb customer service and well put together food reasonably quick. ALL calibers of restaurants should take notes from Chick-fil-A, especially fast food joints. Simple menu. Consistently good customer service. Amazing tasting food. Fast service times. Neatness. Cleanliness. NO fast food chain comes close. To all the staff at this location, thank you for making me happy every time I visit.

We have stopped @ this location numerous times since it opened. We have always been impressed with Chick-Fil-A but this location tops all the others, hands down. Cool-Springs location is A+ but this Charlotte Pike location is a 10. Staff is always eager to take your order, fill it right, and assist with any needs. Just wish they were open 7 days a week, but can certainly appreciate their respect of the Sabbath. We need more businesses like Chick-Fil-A in this world.

Is a Chick-fil-A sandwich combo with NO pickle that hard to get correct?? It would seem so because the past couple times Ive come here they give me a Chick-fil-A sandwich with pickles on it… It seems the kids taking the order are rushing through the order process of what I want to drink and what kind of sauce I need and theyre not even listening to what Im trying to order. Sad

Very disappointing. Got my order wrong twice!!! It was written write, but prepared wrong, and they were unapologetic. Read the paper and prepare the order as written. Its not that hard. They focus so much on "my pleasure" and keeping the line moving, they dont take the c time to make sure they are fulfilling the order correctly. Worst Chick fil a ever!!!

Clean and employees are helpful and seem happy. One employee took my tray for me while I was texting. He kinda look like an older version of my 13 year old nephew, but Chanz wouldnt even thing of picking up after someone else, he wont do it for himself. Thank you to my nephew looking young man for cleaning the tables. See what I mean about "CLEAN".

Most disorganized and tasting food had in a long time at a fast food place. Ask for grill you get breaded for example. Kids who take your order are looking around and not listening not repeat order so you know if they got order right. Not only did I get the wrong thing it was not even warm and bread was old and stale.

I absolutely love Chic-fil-A but this location doesnt use the same kind of breakfast biscuit that other locations use and every single time I have purchased a spicy chicken sandwich or biscuit at this location the meat has been small and thin and not juicy like most Chic-fil-As.

Went in for a chicken sandwich and a salad, waited 10 minutes (no one was even in the place) for my food and they finally came to tell me they had no salads. They very unapologetic about my wait. And I had to tell them I never got my sandwich.! Service sucked.

This location is kind of far from downtown nashville. They have a good menu. But the last time we did catering from there, even though we had ordered 3 days in advance, the order wasnt ready based on the specified pick-up time, had to wait 10+ minutes!

As a first timer, I would definitely come again. I love the food and service, and the Christian atmosphere of the business. Some say too conservative, I say this is a great restaurant with great down home morals. Keep it up!!!!!

This place runs on magic. Seriously, I cant understand how this place runs so smoothly, orders taken and good delivered so fast! Its always packed but I never wait more than 5 minutes. The employees are so nice and courteous.

Awesome customer service and top notch efficiency. On a school field trip with 32 people and they didnt miss a beat getting us through the line and all orders were correct. Please open a Chick-fil-a in Dickson, TN!

Who doesnt love Chick-fil-A. I eat here more often than I would like to admit. This location is ALWAYS busy but the staff really knows how to move. Dont be afraid if you see a line they will chew through it quickly.
