Chesterton Pizza Hut can suck my a$$ for all I care! Im tired of wasting my time, money, and anything else on them! I will never be doing business here again. Their pizza is almost always made incorrectly, with no apology. MOST of the workers dont care. Its not very clean. And they dont even do delivery unless its within basically 2 miles of their terrible store. I live 5 miles away max and they refuse to deliver. And they refuse to deliver publicly as well 99% of the time. But if its a mile or two away, they just might.. but dont expect them to come deliver it to you. They will call you up and tell you to come get it. Worst service Ive ever had in my life. Sitting here starving at work because they didnt have the decency to tell me they wouldnt deliver publicly or within a 5mile radius until after I used my lunch hour ordering food. No decency to even apologize. Good riddance.

Placed my order for my 6 employees. They said it would take 40 minutes. I waited an hour and called. They said it was leaving right then and they were sorry for the delay. I waited another 20 minutes and called back. They said we couldnt find your address so we threw away your food and refunded your money. WHAT!?!?!? This is actually what they said. No phone call, not courtesy wait knowing that I had just called and asked about my food, no option for me to drive literally around the corner to pick it up. If you care whether your food is delivered, dont call this location.

Bit different from the other pizza huts I have been to in the area. Their food seemed a bit under prepared. My pizza was the greasiest I have seen, and I had an appetizer that happened to be not warm when I expected it to be of a warmer variety. Perhaps it was because of the time of day (around 3) because they arent really expecting traffic and are not fully prepared.

My pizza had no cheese on most of it and I was missing wings. After holding for 5 minutes and getting disconnected and then holding again for several minutes, Manager would only issue a partial credit toward my next order.

The staff is plumb full of great people. My wife and i go there multiple times a week because shes a pizza junkie. 11/10 would recommend.
