My best advice for this location is to not do the extra drizzles or crust flavor because it doesnt seem as though they have been trained on how to do those. The pizzas are fine. The workers seem fine. But over the last year and a half I have ordered pizzas multiple times and without fail the drizzle or crust flavor is messed up. The first time I ordered a BBQ drizzle on my pizza, what I got was not BBQ. In fact it was so hot that the pizza was inedible. Since then Ive been afraid to try the sauce drizzle because I dont want to pay for another wasted pizza. I have ordered ranch crust flavor. I got it fine on my first pizza (with the inedible sauce) but every pizza since has not had the crust flavor. Its an alright location but the workers dont seem to have been trained on the extra flavors so there is a high likelihood of disappointment in that area.

Ordered quite a bit today. Got home opened my 8 piece boneless wings I ordered and there were only 7 of the smallest grossest looking wings. Half of them had no breading. I paid almost $7 for these! I called and the manager said I dont know what you expect me to do about one wing!!! It wasnt even about the missing wing they all looked pathetic! I ordered breaded boneless buffalo and got goopy unbreaded dissapointment. I order pizza Hut about once a week but after this I will never be back! Also the 3 pizza dinner box was mostly crust! Presentation is important and customer satisfaction should be #1 priority! I wish there was a zero star option!!

Usually place the same order every time and every time it comes, its either late (extremely) or theres something missing/wrong. Never consistent with the order but definitely consistent with disappointing me every time. One day I had to call back an hour and a half later to check the whereabouts of my order and it was never set out for delivery. They had completely forgot about my order.

Online said be here by 7:09pm (ordered at 5:59pm) spoke with manager at 7:45 pm he said order left at 7:12pm did not arrive for over 30 minutes after it left. Manager said if pizza was cold I could refuse order. I have 3 hungry kids. We had to suffer through cold pizza because my kids were hungry. Will not return will not order again. Manager had no other choices to make situation right.

First off, I accept things are not perfect in this world we live in. We as human make mistakes. To ask your customer, to finish- preparing hot wings that you have been paid to prepare is not good business ethics. Think about it. I would have sent what the customer ordered, instead of 2 cups of hot sauce. Makes me feel my $$s arent appreciated.

Arrived at 12 noon on Sunday for buffet, 15 minutes later a pepperoni arrived, 21 minutes later a cheese arrived. Took 20 minutes to get salads and had to ask for forks and knifes that were not plastic. This has been typical the last few months. Theyre not prepared for Sunday lunch crowd.

People are courteous, absolutely great family environment. Service was extremely good given the circumstances of a dinner rush, and the food took no longer than 20 minutes to be fully prepared and out to us.

Would have chosen zero stars . Waited over 40 minutes and still didnt get our pizza. Other people in there were waiting as long as we did and didnt have theirs either. We left and ate somewhere else.

I really like the lunch buffet here. Theyve got pasta, thin and regular crust pizza, and breadsticks and cinna sticks. Great value.
