B-dubs doesnt tend to have fantastic service, but its easy to agree on food-wise so my friends and I keep ending up at them. This was awful even considering my low expectations. Little scene-setting, this was after the Warrior Dash race, they had signs out: "Welcome Race Fans" Despite that we got caught in a ridiculous crowd of people that they clearly hadnt even tried to prepare for, so we waited. Our hostess was the general manager, Carol or Carolyn, we took our place next to the stand to put in our names and wait on a table, and then we waited some more. The GENERAL MANAGER couldnt be bothered to say hello or ask us to wait a few more minutes, but we decided to wait a little longer anyway. We made eye contact a couple times and I tried to ask how long the wait might be, but no response other than her looking at me and telling me "I need to seat Reynolds, party of 7" That sealed it. We left and googled for pizza. Found a place called Johnny Provolones about 10 minutes away and ate there. Everyone was friendly and polite and the pizza was AWESOME. TL;DR-- Dont go to B-Dubs in Crawfordsville, get pizza at Johnny Provolones instead.

I like BW3 as a franchise, but this location is consistently poorly managed and your food portions are far smaller than other locations. The food is generally just as good as other locations, but I actually started taking photos of the same platters at this location versus other locations because I consistently get 30% less here than other franchise locations. I usually order the boneless tenders with wedges. I cant finish the orders I get at most places. Here, the tenders are often mixed with half sizes, and the wedges are about half the size of other locations. As this is the closest location to me, and I used to frequent this location for MMA fight nights with my friends, I tried over and over to give them a chance. Then they cancelled MMA fight nights, and I never did find that I received decent portion sizes. Find a different location. Wait staff is hit or miss, as well.

Believe the reviews. THIS PLACE SUCKS! I am not sure what is worse the food or the customer service! They messed up our take out order for the third time in a row. Refused to make it right even when the General Manager Amber was called. I gave them 3 chances, offered for them to make it right and replace the food with the right order. The shift manager told me I would have needed to bring in the wrong food to get it replaced, like I have nothing else to do with my time. No apology was issued. No way to treat customers. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE! Arnis in town is good, so is Johnney Provolones. Little Mexico is great too! Guess what BWW, you are no longer the only wing game in town! I hear Wings Etc. has great wings AND service are good there and hopefully will put this BWW location out of business soon!

Put in a call ahead order to dine in during lunch, when I get there the waiter Cole rang me up as a to go even though I specified that I wanted to dine in. After everything was paid I sit down with the to go boxes and begin eating them. The manager then informs me that I should have dined in since all the food was half off for dine ins. After explaining that they screwed up and I had originally wanted to dine in she refused to refund me any money and basically told me to kick rocks. After this I doubt I will ever be a patron to this Bdubs again.

When I walked in there was no one at the counter to seat us, even though it was not busy. All the employees were in the back and took awhile to come out to seat us. Once someone came to seat us the hostess and waitress were having conflict and I heard one say to the other that she was going to knock the other out. When I got my order of medium wings they were incredibly small and had barely any sauce on them and there wasnt even 18 wings that the waitress said there would be. Horrible customer service and horrible food.

I worked for a Buffalo Wild Wings for 2 years in a different and busy location. This BWW is a sad excuse. My order is always wrong. They barely put any sauce on the meat. Their salads are basically JUST lettuce and the chicken. its not supposed to be like that. they are chinsy on everything. For a place like this and for the money I expect to get my moneys worth. If I wanted something worth $2 instead of $20 Id go else where. I will never return to this dumb again.

I had a carry out order. Everything was great as usual except for out appetizer. Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip with pita chips. When we got back to the hotel across town we found out that the placed tortilla chip in there instead of the pita chips. Very disappointed that they didnt double check the order as required by the company or she was new and didnt know. Either way tortilla chips dont taste good with artichoke dip....

Food was good but our service was not very friendly. I had dropped 40 dollars on the floor during my visit, went back in and the service was rude. The manager rudely asked "Who was asking" about money that had been turned in. The other waitress came back and said our server had left for the day and probably thought it was her tip. Who leaves a 40 dollar tip for a 20 dollar meal on the floor?! Not going back.

Flys everywhere. Damn near couldnt eat because I was spending time swatting tgem away. Absolutely disorganized, table was dirty and our boneless wings obviously set under the heat lamp for some time. Our server was fine however we will go to the Greencastle bw3 from now on. Night and day in comparison.

This place is a little hit and miss. When its good, its great. When its not good, the service is slow, the food is so-so, and the ambiance is either too loud or too quiet. This isnt a place to avoid, by any stretch. But if you dont go in expecting the best food, you wont be disappointed.
