I have always loved eatting at Pizza Huts, except this one. The place is not very clean. The tables seem to be wiped down with only water, they looked clean, but was covered in a sticky slime. We ordered Saucy Wings and they put spicy sauce on the wings, then (manager) argued with us when we stated they had used the wrong sauce in error. The pizza we ordered was incorrect, had onions on it I HATE onions, always order without. We informed them it was wrong, (the manager) stated it was written down on our ticket, so I must be wrong. When the bill came, they forgot to charge us for the wings and breadsticks. We pointed this out and the manager told us we were wrong, we requested ger to just compare what was in the table to what was in the bill. She refused, stated that SHE is never wrong and we just wanted a free pizza because it had onions on it. So we paid the bill, which was far far under what it should have been. I dont feel we will be eatting there any time soon.

Arrived at 8pm on Sat night. Sat about 10 min for someone to clean a table off. Finally sat down and ordered. About 30 minutes later my Pizza arrived no sign of my husbands or breadsticks. Kept hearing "oh its coming out of oven now" 15 minutes later my husbands Pizza comes out along with breadsticks. Salad bar had no veggies on it. The redo was nice but come on hire more people and get the service to fit the inside

Been here awhile, saw people that were seated way after we came in, get their food and leave, we ordered break sticks been here 25 min, still no bread sticks no pizza no offer on refills..About to walk out.Waitress was not even half star..Used to be great now not even average.

Ashley was my waitress and she was very polite and was constantly asking me if I needed help (Great Trait to Have). A smile goes a long way. And did I leave out that she makes some great sweet tea,so dont forget to purchase some while your there.

Hard to beat the flavor of Pizza Hut compared to the others in town. This Pizza Hut has wings also. 10 bucks for pickup of any large pizza is a great deal. Fast delivery. Lunch buffet has good service. Friendly staff. Online ordering is easy.

The pizza hut in connersville is poorly managed. They always run out of stuff,slow and rude service,the place is always a mess and when you call in your order the phone rings and rings and rings. I now take my buisness elswhere.
