THE best place to grab some ice cream when visiting Louisville. They have a BEAUTIFUL view of the Louisville skyline. They have a cute little shack behind the house to grab some ice cream and rent bikes. I only get the Chocolate, peanut butter, banana milkshake! Ive tried other shakes and they just dont compare. My sister (an out of towner) tried the Big red with sherbet and loved it. I gave it 5 stars because the view is just unbeatable my only note I have is I dont THINK there is much seating. I could be wrong and there may be other seating available off of the house but it doesnt look welcoming in the evening/night (Most optimal time to go to see the skyline).

By far one of my favorite ice cream places Ive ever been to and FAVORITE in the area! We always make a point to stop here if we find ourselves over the bridge. The owner is so sweet and takes pride in her cute establishment. I love the variety of flavors and how much you get for the price. Whenever we have out of state visitors we take them, because whats better than some delicious ice cream and a gorgeous view of Louisville? Also try the new coffee shop right next door. Same owner, so you know its worth the try!

I dont see what all the hoopla is all about. The ice cream is a store brought brand, velvet (?) The brownies are seriously half dollar size & the large sundae is the size of a regular, my husband & I bought it to share fortunately I didnt like it so he ate the rest. We tried it, wasnt impressed at all & wont be back. Theres too many other good ice cream parlors around.

My family and I love this place! They have great ice cream and awesome customer service. They are always super friendly! The location is wonderful, as well. We like walking over after the kids play on the playground across the street. We can relax and look at the beautiful view of Louisville.

We had a large group of 15 & EVERYTHING was delicious! Adorable seating area with cutest umbrella /Victorian style table & chairs embellished with strings of soft white lights. Even better than the atmosphere is the view of the river & the is close proximity to the walking path along it!

Used a bicycle-for-two-plus-ice-cream Groupon. The bicycles were in good shape and we were provided with some great directions for a long ride. They let us go eat dinner at a nearby restaurant and come back to eat our ice cream. Which was delicious by the way. Best banana split ever!

Cute place, but it will be nicer when they finish the refurbishments to the building. The ice cream is all crazy good, but dont get the food there. The food is just microwave heated stuff (not very good). They should just keep with what they do best...ice cream.

Aside from the great location, the prices are very good and portions are more than fair for the price. They have a good selection. A note to picky ice cream conessuiers, they serve the"hard" adoptable ice cream, no soft serve stuff here.

Delicious! Large servings. I get mine in a cup and its still more than enough. My favorite flavor is BD Cake and hubbies is Black Cherry. Both equally tasty and they are reasonably priced for the serving.
