Had desert on mother’s day, @ 630 with a party of 4. Three stars. Detractors: *The store is in desperate need for a remodel and upgrade. *The store is old and falling apart. The front of the display case is falling off. There is duct tape holding the face on, and the tape is failing. *There is no logic to the line. When we walked in to the store, there was a large group of people just huddled. It was hard to find out who was already served and waiting to receive their order, who was waiting to get served, who was waiting to pay. Positives: *The employees. All were very positive, smiles, and greeted each customer. *The product was enjoyable. *This location has a drive through.

The ice cream was good however employing young kids with NO ADULT SUPERVISION was and is bad for business. The lobby was filthy with trash overflowing so much so that customers was trying to push trash down to make room for their trash. I will take my business to a local small business, Dewsters Ice Cream EXCEEDS Basking Robins (This location)
