We pulled in yesterday and there was no customers there, we were so happy to not have to wait in the long lines. The gal who was there at 5pm had a black shirt, gray pants and pink hat with her blondish hair pulled through the back. She was cleaning up the trash in the parking lot, so we waited for her to finish. She came through the back door and took our order. I gave her the cash, told her what we wanted and she grabbed our cups touching the edges of the opening. Then proceeds to grab the gloves around the fingers to put them on. Now mind you, she just got done picking up trash!! I said to her "do you mind washing your hands?" Her reply was "Im going to put on gloves" as she showed me the pair in her hands. I replied with "you just picked up trash, then you grabbed the gloves that your making my shaved ice with". She rolled her eyes and lathered up with hand sanitizer, wiped her hands off with a towel and grabbed the same gloves again!! NASTY apparently cleanliness and customer service isnt high on her list of values!! We said nevermind and asked for our money back, she obliged and we took our business elsewhere. Please understand weve been coming here for over 14 years and this is simply unacceptable. They truly do have the best shaved ice and flavors around, but this experience made me sick. Im guessing there is only one pair of .02 cent gloves in that place since she didnt get another pair out.
