We came in and was immediately seated my mother in law is 97 and uses a walker. We placed the Walker at the end if the table just like you would a high chair. Our order was promptly taken by a very nice waitress. We watched a table eat and leave and we still didnt have food so I asked. Waitress very politely apologized for the kitchen and called the manager over. She said our order never made it to the kitchen and that they were fixing it now we would get a discount. All very good up until a waitress came by extremely fast kicked the Walker dumped food in the floor then proceeded to very rudely grab the Walker haul to a far corner and again very rudely say it should have never been there. I am just glad it wasnt a high chair with a baby in it because the babybwoukd probably have been severely hurt. Food remained on floor for about 10 minutes while the said waitress ranted to to others. I know it hurt her pride to trip but I think the proper thing to do would have to ask if she could move the walker and not to blame us for her misfortune. My mother in law felt very bad and kept saying I didnt mean for that to happen. Our waitress tried very hard to smooth things over and to be honest it helped. Upon leaving I was holding leftovers two purses and the other arm on my mother in law when we got to the door. A young hostess was seated behind the counter with no customers in sight and couldnt find it in her heart to get up and help with the door. I really feel that this store could use some work on how to treat a customer.

Im a over the road truck driver and was looking for something to eat while waiting for a truck repair. Reading these reviews and also a suggestion from a local person drew me to call. I was calling for a take out order and while on hold I was driving towards them. Although I was placed on hold for the duration of my drive I decided to go in and place my order and have a beer while I wait. Sat at the bar and the bartender Sierra was extremely pleasant, and apologized to me for being forgotten on hold and not to forget shes very easy on the eyes. The Carolina gold sauce was outstanding hard to get mustard based barbecue sauce this far west I really enjoyed it. Pizza was excellent and perfect size. The price was very reasonable great value. Spent time there drinking with the regulars on a off sports day definitely recommend this place to all. Good food, cold beer and, great people. Only one complaint for hockey fans from the north youll be hard pressed to get a non-national broadcast game in basketball territory. Lol

Roosters is great for affordable food and good for a variety of casual occasions. We like going on Mondays for a good deal on wings, and they are a good place to watch football games if you dont mind not being able to hear the announcers given there are a lot of other people there to watch games too. Overall the food is a good value, as it is just as good, if not better, than many other similar places for lower prices. This particular Roosters (location) has also been good for food and service every time we have gone.

Had lunch 5/4/2000 food taste good service was bad. She forgot some of our food , never gave us refills. She was getting ready to clean some tables. Told her I was Allergic to the spray,and ask her not spray the table if should could spray it in the towel . She informed me that I wasnt allergic to the spray and this was new stuff. I told her if you spray that and Im allergic to it . I wont be back sure enough I was allergic to it Did not leave her a tip and had words with the manager. Very bad service

1st time we were there got seated right away, great food the wait staff was amazing, went there a week later found seats at the bar and the bartendress was very rude, told us it would be just a moment talked to all the guys at the bar about her furniture woes, never even acknowledged us again 15 minutes later never got a drink or menu, we got up and left, so disappointed, she needs to be fired.

Large variety menu mainly focused on wings. Better enviroment and food than hooters and cheaper than BW3. Carolina Gold is a good sauce that stands above the other wing joints. Buffalo Chicken Pizza is very unique and delicious. Italian Sub, Buffalo.Chicken Sub, and Chicken Parmesian sandwiches are all worth trying.

Can not make reservations and when you call they are rude . When we got there the hostess rolled her eyes and huffed when we told her how many people were in the party and that we did try to call . Didnt try to seat us or help we just put ourselves in the party room with the help of a server

This is by far my favorite wing place. Wings are twice the size of most other places around and they always cook to order if you like something a little different than the norm. Nice bar area with always friendly staff. Plenty of tvs to watch the game from anywhere in the house.

Typical bar food. Service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes and then had to ask a server for service. This was right after lunch and the four servers sat at the bar next to us deciding on who was going to bust tables.

Stopped in for lunch before heading to Bass Pro Shop (right across the street). Service was good. Wings were very meaty, and among the best I have ever had. (IMO, way better than BWW, & Hooters).

Great wings and sauce, pizza not very good but hey its a wing place. I definitely dont go there expecting good service. The waitresses are usually very young and I guess learning how to serve.

Since my wife and I discovered it we have had a hard time going anywhere. Great selection. The half pound burger is the best Ive ever had. They have huge wings cheap on Monday and great soup.

Always good food quick service and the flavor a never disappoint. If you are looking for a meal or just appetizers and a beer ( recommend the dumpster tots) its the place to go!
